Welcome to Ohana, a charming 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in the heart of the Island Quay community, perfect for family gatherings and coastal getaways. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, Ohana offers spacious living areas and a traditional layout, awaiting your personal touch. The generous bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation, while the 3.5 bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone.
Enjoy the nearby community pool for refreshing swims, or take a short stroll to the beautiful beach access, perfect for sunbathing and seaside adventures.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Fireplace is for decoration only
-No smoking
-Private beach access in the community is roughly 0.2 miles from the home
