Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, new everything. Well appropriated kitchen, lots of cookware/utensils/small appliances. I loved the breakfast bar/eating area. Smart TV. Well stocked towels and linens. Good location, near the light rail, easy to drive anywhere. Very comfortable.

Our check-in was not great. Despite messaging the property ahead of time with my arrival time and asking for instructions, I only received a message back stating that they (the host) will see us soon. I assumed, since I didn't receive any instructions, that there would be a person to meet us. This was not the case and having walked around the outside of the building a few times looking and failing to find some kind of reception area (and it was like 105 degrees so that made it much worse), I tried to call the number for the host listed on booking several times. No answer. Then I messaged the property on booking. After a few minutes, I did get a response and was able to connect with the host via facetime so he could guide me as to where to go to gain entry into the building and the apartment. He confirmed that I should have received instructions for entry, but looked like those instructions were never sent. And even after we gained entry, I think those instuctions and other information about the building's facilities would have been helpful, but they were never sent. All this to say, we loved our stay, just a bumpy entry left a poor first impression. I'm sure these kinks will be worked out over time.
