Landed at this great VRBO in Spokane when in town for my daughters wedding. The owners made everything easy. Great place to stay.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo, everything was perfect and the location was great. It was walking distance to Kendall Yards restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the house was very clean and tidy. If you are coming to Spokane I highly recommned staying here!

Great location! We were within walking distance to the Riverfront and many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a great time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Our time here was wonderful. The moment we walked in it felt clean, solid, comfortable, bright and cheerful, and fresh. As we spent the days there the carefully thought out details were apparent - very nice soaps, extra paper towels/toilet paper to refill with, comfortable, clean bedding, plenty of coffee pods, trash bags, etc.
The deck area is great! Plenty of seating, umbrella, plenty of space to feel comfortable. The house feels big, lots of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, super comfortable.
Sliding doors and large windows are wonderful.
The location is perfect - best spot ever!
The owners truly care about their property, it shows. Wonderful to work with and extremely kind and helpful!

Very nice townhouse in a great, quiet neighborhood near both the cool vibe Kendall Yards area and close proximity to downtown. Good communication with hosts throughout.

We loved the home. Everything we needed and then some was provided for our comfort and enjoyment. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The location simply can’t be beat. It’s at the center of everything with easy access to either walk or drive. We had a lovely stay and created some great memories. We would definitely stay again and again. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

House was lovely, perfect location and overall a good value. However, after we checked out we were accused of damaging property and were charged the $250 damage deposit. We did not damage this property - we are homeowners, in our 50's, very quiet and very respectful. There was a can of paint and a can of stain sitting in the closet. This felt like a complete shakedown where the owner figured he could get us to pay for his regular property upkeep. Unbelievable and really shady.

This is a relatively new property, which is beautifully appointed. The rooms are spacious, with views of the river area, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing you a peaceful stay and a good night's sleep.
We were impressed with the owner, who called us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again when we're in Spokane.

This property was absolutely perfect for our quick getaway to Spokane for the Foo Fighters concert. It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and located in a fun area. The brownstone is within walking distance to several restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We were within a 15-20 min walk to the arena for the concert. We had such a great time!

Super location; close to everything downtown - but not too close! Neighborhood is quiet and has a friendly upscale vibe, a great basecamp for cyclists that want to do the Centennial trail up into Idaho.

The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Lots of light throughout. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops in quiet Kendal Yards. There is a nice path for running/biking and an easy walk to downtown Spokane. We had 6 in our group, 2 adults and 4 full grown teens. 2 of the young adults shared the hideaway- which worked great for our group of longtime friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings nice. We would definitely return.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 days while attending a workshop. The location was perfect, place was nicely stocked, and host was super attentive. Recommend!!

What a great place! The location is as good as it gets, Kendal Yards is so fun. The river is right there, with centennial trail across the street your outdoor activities are easy! Restaurants and things to do are literally walking distance, try the bubble waffle at the scoop- so good! Fabulous food all around.
The hosts were excellent, they reached out to assure we had everything we needed with the perfect blend of attentive but not being a “part” of our stay. The house was super clean and had just about everything you could want, except a wok haha. We made stir fry and I wished for a bigger skillet or a wok, that’s literally our only negative thing to say.
I would recommend this spot and I would definitely stay again!
