Steve's home was even better than the pictures can do justice. His hands-on approach and responsiveness really made our family vacation seamless and the number of additional amenities Steve's home offers far exceeded our expectations. The decor is so warm and fun and we found ourselves discovering subtle touches throughout our trip that we wanted to purchase for our own home. Thank you Steve for such a wonderful visit and for making our 2024 family vacation a very memorable one.

This house was perfect for my wife and me, our two sons, two friends of theirs, and our little dog. The owner gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out and the house was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house (this time with more people) and it was just as wonderful as the first. The weather was iffy but there was enough room in the house that if we had to be indoors we weren’t in each others way. We used the porch the most and were out there every night! So much room out there to hang, play games, people watch etc. the house has literally everything you can imagine from cookware, to in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs and that’s only to name a few. The elevator was a life saver because there is a lot of steps going up but completely worth it. Steve is an excellent host and even visits the property after guests leave and before the next guests arrive to ensure the house is exactly how it should be. We are also so grateful we were able to experience this trip with our dogs as it’s very hard to find a house that is dog friendly. Absolutely recommend.

We cannot say enough about our stay at 133 Ocean Ave. The owners were responsive from the minute we booked until the minute we checked out. They even stopped by to help with something during our stay! Steve arrived within 10 minutes of calling him! Impressive! The property was clean, beautiful, and welcoming! We will certainly be booking this property again for our next visit to OCNJ. Thanks for a wonderful experience

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed and more. Having the elevator was priceless! We went to the beach (very short walk) everyday, water park (which was the best fun), ate as much food as we could (ice cream, lobster rolls, pizza, shrimp), and more!
The host, Steve, went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Absolutely beautiful place for our Family vacation. The location was perfect, house was spotless, and it provided everything you could possibly need or want while you were there. There was plenty of room for our family, including our dogs, and the elevator was a plus for my parents and older dog as well. The owner was really nice, responsive, and informative, prior to our stay and during. We had a great time and would love to stay here again in the future.

This home was absolutely lovey! Probably the nicest property we’ve ever rented.. All of my family members loved it. The elevator was a plus because of my knee issues and my dog.. He doesn’t do steps well. The host was so nice and always available if we had questions.. Definitely a keeper! Thank you for allow us to stay in your beautiful home..

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The house was perfect for our annual family vacation! Beds were all very comfy, the porch was beautiful, great water pressure for showers, quiet block, and a short walk to the beach! The communication with the owner was phenomenal 🙌 we will be back next year!

Most wonderful and amazing stay. We celebrated our first overnight womens weekend bible retreat with 10 sisters in Christ . The owner was extremely accommodating to our group. The place was immaculate. We were all so thankful to Jesus for his amazing gift he gave for us for the weekend . Stephen’s home is a beautiful gem located 2 blocks from the beach. The large patio and elevator were both awesome features that the ladies loved . The entire place is well kept and nicely furnished . A home away from home . Thank you again !!! We will be back next year Lord willing !

The property was great. We all had our own bedrooms. We were all able to sit comfortably and watch tv and eat. The location was great. We enjoyed exploring the area and going to shop and gamble in Atlantic City. The rooms were decorated perfectly. It was easy to communicate with host and we had everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay.

This property is awesome. It has 5 bedrooms, so there was plenty of space for 10 of us and two dogs. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. Also the neighborhood was quiet. The off season is a perfect time to enjoy the shore. The property owner was very prompt when I had questions for him and he made the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to visit this property again.

PERFECT property for a much needed girls winter weekend getaway which included lots of shopping, movie watching, eating and laughter.
Each one of us (5) had our own comfortable bedroom with every creature comfort available. Home is so tastefully decorated and clean with so many amenities included.

Just returned from a week stay over thanksgiving with the whole family and a dog. Enjoyed our stay there. Everything very up to date with a lot of amenities. Very clean and spacious. I have been staying in OCNJ for over 20 years and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed at. It’s so cozy and you can tell it was decorated with love. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach but if you have a ton of stuff and kids it may be a bit taxing. The elevator was a huge plus for bringing everything upstairs or downstairs. We will be back in July thank you again!
