Room was nice and clean. Check in and out was easy. The grab and go breakfast wasn’t great but I didn’t need it. I didn’t hear any of the other guests besides some doors shutting hard. Overall was a great visit. Very peaceful!

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff
The elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs. It is next to a busy street so you hear road noise and the doors are loud when closing. It fit our needs though and it was nice.

The girl at the front counter was polite and professional. New, clean hotel. Probably wont get a room beside the stairs next time.

The room was clean and good but there was a pungent smell that persisted throughout my stay. I brought it up to the hotel staff and was given a bottle of febreeze. The room then smelled like rotten febreeze lol.

It was an eye opening experience, especially the see food selection. I saw food and selected. The best apple experience we've ever had up the road. What's good in the neighborhood?

Second time staying, nose room for a decent price. But the showers are terrible absolutely no pressure can’t even get soap off your body.

Super disappointed in the beds, not comfortable, my hips hurt all day. For an extended stay, there was nothing in the room. No coffee pot, and not even one coffee cup or spoon. Had to go to front desk to bum a cup and spoon. Breakfast was food to buy out of the vending machine, very little items free. For $186 a night, I was pissed when I heard the front desk guy quote cheaper rates over the phone to people calling in.

I had to wait for about 30 mins before someone came up front to help. I almost cancelled and went somewhere else.

They're so called continental breakfast is just a bar and it put breakfast bars and fruit and yogurt out don't expect to eat a hot breakfast at this location. Also they charge a pet fee regardless of your animal is a service or emotional support animal. Overall the room and the location set itself is clean and staff was very nice and respectful.

Room smelled very bad. As the evening went on realized the room was infested with cockroaches, many many cockroaches. Hotel wouldn't change my room and I was informed I could leave then (12.00 am) and not be charged. No place to go so unfortunately stayed for a very gross and uncomfortable night. Hotel would not give a refund. Expedia couldn't get a refund so I get to leave this review.

Zack at the front desk was awesome. Hotel and the room were very clean. Only complaint is that I found the bed to be very uncomfortable but that is just my opinion.

Staff was excellent friendly , rooms were excellent clean And comfortable the only issue we had was the parking lot contractors trucks took up to 5 to 6 car spaces hard to go out to dinner and find a space coming back but you’ll find something I still recommend it and will be back thank you

Was in room 201. View of the parking lot. It was nice to be near the stairs to have easy access to take my pup outside. Pine St. Is a busy street and loud throughout the day and night. I used the microwave fan to drown out the street noise at bedtime. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grap and go breakfast is a joke. Bananas, apples,(didn't look so fresh or ripe) yogurt, boiled eggs, muffin and granola bar. Coffee is only avaliable during breakfast hours.

Overall ok. Breakfast was pretty skimpy on the grab and go options.
I’ve had much wider variety at other grab and go complementary breakfast hotels. No coffee maker in room which I thought was odd, but didn’t see that it was an “add on option” when booking. So not sure if that was also an additional cost.
For the most part clean, but there was a few areas that could have had a better wipe down.

Service was awesome, room was clean BUT OMG did the bed suck!! By far the bed was the most uncomfortable horrible piece of junk ive ever slept on!! Id rather have slept on the hard floor, my back hurt for days after my stay!!
