The house was clean and close to what we needed and the host was very helpful when contacted.

The size of the rooms, the location of the property and the storage space.

The overall cleanliness was questionable, there was a dirty sock in the radiator, someones top down the back of a bed, the bins were not emptied in the second double bedroom and we found a Mcds nugget box down the side of the sofa. This was all left for the owners to see, with a note explaining that the items were not ours. If these basic things had been missed were the sheets even changed? Absolute fire risk with cables into cables into cables down the back of beds, which were pressed into the mattresses. This was quite scary as they weren’t even surge protected. The kitchen size is not adequate for 6 people, we ate out for the majority of the stay but would have struggled if we wanted to eat in more often.

Tacky and tatty. Poorly presented. Stained bedlinen. Threadbare chairs. Everything slapped together and a very poorly presented accommodation.

Nothing. Thank goodness it was cheap.

There was numerous issues with the property. The heating and hot water didn't work, and the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. When we brought this to the host attention Abi was unprofessional and basically said that previous guests didn't complain so what was the problem. When told we should receive some sort of compensation she also said that it wouldn't be worth there time if they did. Offered £50 which I think is laughable really to say the number of issues with the property.
