The breakfast is good.

I hope the hotel will improve the insulation. I can hear the people above my room. I did not sleep until 12 midnight when they stopped walking and they made some noise again around 5:00 am. I made a complaint in the front desk in the morning.

It was clean and the room was very nice.

The room was next to the stairs with a door that clanged shut over and over again all night. It made for very little sleep.

This is a brand-new property. It was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have a bar and serve food until 11PM. I would stay here again when flying out of Sac.

The rates are low enough that it attracts construction workers. Which means the parking lot is full of oversized pickups, work trucks, etc.

Only complaint was that the decaf coffee at breakfast was weak as tea: couldn’t face it

Area location was awesome and the staff was also. Love the free parking.

Rooms need microwaves and another sink not just the bathroom sink. Also trash cans aside from the room bathroom and room small trash cans there aren’t any other trash cans except out the front door and in the area to use the computers. Also they didn’t have kitchen utensils to us to warm up food in stock so rewarding food was a bit of an task.

Nothing to report that added to the stay

When we arrived to check in, it took about 15 minutes for the front desk to find out that they gave one of the three rooms we reserved and prepaid to somebody else. The manager got involved. She woke up the guest to come down and swap the reservation out in front of us. Talk about Awkward moments. The manager dealt with the whole situation unprofessionally. She even try to blame us for her staff assigning our room to somebody else. Had I not had all my confirmation numbers with the actual credit card that I paid for we would’ve been left without one room. No one took any accountability or apologized for delaying us for around 45 minutes with little kids waiting.  Next morning we left early and saw they had no good options at the breakfast bar. Some cold eggs and sausage links and potatoes. No fruit or cereal. Just scraps. Best part is we never have to go back there.

I was not able to get lotion

The bed was comfortable and the blackout shades helped sleeping in peace.

I did not get the room I reserved and paid for. I paid for a king size bed and got a room with 2 beds. We did not have a full set of towels and had to ask housekeeping the following day for a full set, the floors weren’t the cleanest and the shower gel was empty in the bathroom. Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk just stared at us in the doorway before letting us in. (We arrived after 1am and I called beforehand and alerted the hotel that I had a late flight arrival). Once inside the guy at the desk was quite unpleasant, maybe because another guest that arrived just before us was given a dirty room and had to be given a new room (also not was she paid for). During the check in, he did not alert me that the room I reserved was not available. He just gave me one key and when I asked for two, he said I can only have one because he’s running out of keys. When I got to my room, I saw that it had 2 beds and not the king I wanted, so I went back to the desk. At that point, he said he couldn’t put me in a king room because he didn’t have any clean ones and maybe they could get me in one the next day. He also did not give us any info regarding the times for breakfast so by the time we got downstairs the next day the restaurant was already closed to new guests so we had to eat elsewhere. The checkin experience was very unpleasant due to his attitude but it was late and we were tired so we took the room we had.

Die Klimaanlage hat die Größe einer Telefonzelle und ist so laut wie ein startendes Flugzeug. Schalldämmung trotz Neubau mäßig, man hört Autobahn und Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist ein reines Massaker, Mitarbeiter haben keine Lust, nachgefüllt wird auch nicht. Und zuguterletzt frage ich mich, wann endlich jemand leise Hotelzimmer-Kühlschränke erfindet. Ein ständiges Ärgernis!

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. All the ‘hot’ items were cold, very small selection and the plates were tiny, like saucers vs plates. We won’t be staying at a Hyatt again due to this.

Nothing negative to say at all. The rubber on the bottom of our door wasn’t completely glued on, but that’s understandable with new construction. We may have been the first ones! (Room 112)

Breakfast is good enough to start your day. Not much choices but basically satisfies the need.

I am perplexed on how they only bring out small plates a size of a saucer to be used. I have to take several trips to take food and had to take several small plates to carry the food to the table.

Didn’t stay reservation was canceled then come to find out I was charge so that just sucks didn’t no the reservation was still in effect o well I guess.
