Questo appartamento sulla spiaggia è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da moli da cui partire per fare parasailing, da percorsi in cui fare escursioni e ammirare la fauna selvatica e da molte altre località interessanti. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 2 minuti a piedi fino a Spiagge di St. Petersburg/Clearwater o 7 minuti a piedi fino a Archibald Beach Park.

The property is amazing! Perfect location! We would be back! The only thing negative I have to say is that I texted the property manager a simple question and NEVER reply back

We stayed a week at the Arie Dam, we had an ocean view that’s was so beautiful and relaxing. The place was quiet and it felt like home away from home. We had one incident there but they assisted us and took care of it right away and even gave us a free ticket to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was the perfect location with the perfect accommodations for lifetime friends to take our annual vacation. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. We plan to return again.

We had a great time. The condo was clean, easy to get to into, lots of living space! Big master bathroom and bedroom with a very large walk in closet. Loved having the washer and dryer in our unit. The second bedroom was big had nice walk in closet. The kitchen had lots of pots/ pans utensils. Plenty of plates and cups. The view is prefect from the living room and the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets from our room and from the beach.

Enjoyed the beach and pool area. Perfect place for us. The condo had beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use which was great. Balcony view was amazing. Good breakfast spot across the street. We really enjoyed this place. It was everything we wanted and more!

My whole family was definitely impressed with this place! Amazing sunsets, ocean breeze right on the balcony, easy check in and a nice covered parking spot. No issues with anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both nice and spacious. The kitchen is very functional. We didn’t cook, but it looked like it was well stocked for any cooking needs. The pool was great! Shade in the morning and in the afternoon when it gets hot and you want a break from the beach. And the hot tub was a very nice bonus we definitely used a lot. My teens (14 & 16) had a blast! And my spouse and I would definitely recommend and will hopefully get to stay here again!

Our time spent at this property was exemplary. The condo was clean, there were plenty of supplies, and the location of this condo is superb. Check-in was easy, and the hosts checked-in with me periodically to make sure everything was okay.
This is one of the few properties I have stayed at, on the beach, that has had more than enough bathroom towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, and beach-related items.
The condo is spacious and very comfortable, and the large outdoor patio had several tables and chairs. I definitely look forward to returning!

This unit was very well appointed with beach chairs, fishing poles and kid's beach toys. Overall, a great experience!

The place was awesome. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in deck was the highlight. We spent most of our time out there :)

This condo was great for our family trip. The view is amazing and loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Great communication and easy check in/check out process. We especially loved how this was a smaller building which made our trip even more relaxing. Within walking distance to a few restaurants and about a mile away from John’s Pass which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Hope to come back some day!

We had a great time staying at Aire Dam. Right on the beach with easy and secure access. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy too! We hope to be back again! Highly recommend!
