This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!

We have stayed at many home rentals & this is top of our list. It has been beautifully renovated with many modern amenities including updated appliances, light switches, hvac thermostat, & a newer deck & railing. It offered sheets, towels, extra blankets, pillows, & comforters, & laundry supplies - these are definitely all pluses & not usually included when renting. All of this perfectly tucked away in a remote quaint area with beautiful views of the water. We had a slight issue on our part when checking in & Robin was super responsive to remedy it for us. We will definitely be back again!

We spent almost 2000 to stay and so many things were not provided Paper towels garbage bags Kleenex Just couple rolls of toilet paper hair dryer No starter kit (shampoo soap ect.. Garbage cans were full and we couldn’t get ours in there The fumes from fuel in basement was coming through vents which could of been dangerous The owner was notified but no thanks for letting her know ect…. I am just tired of paying lots of money for these places and people have gotten cheap and they are making good money Started staying hotels more

This property is so cute! It easily fit our family of 4 (plus our fur baby) and provided everything you could possibly need. We would definitely rent this property again, though we might wait for the weather to warm up : )

Everything about our stay at this lovely beach home was perfect. The view of the Delaware Bay and the proximity to the beach was terrific! The owners have provided a very clean, comfortable place to stay for their guests. We already look forward to our next visit.

The house is modern, clean, has new appliances, a great water heater, good water pressure, and all of the cooking utensils one would need to cook. The area is beautiful- I love nature reserves, wildlife refuges, and wetlands, so Prime Hook Beach checks all of these boxes for me. The house is located right on the beach and the views and sunlight are spectacular. Our host was communicative, and left us a lovely gift which we received upon arrival. For future guests- folks should probably realize that while the kitchen does have all of the cooking utensils and appliances one would need, you will need to supply everything else. Though our host clearly named what was contained within the house, I made assumptions based on all of the other houses I have rented. I was surprised that we needed to purchase trash bags, cooking oil, spices, food storage containers for leftovers, dishwasher tabs etc. In no way is my comment critical of my host! The listing does not state in any way that the house includes basic cooking supplies. Just make sure to bring what you need or you will need to buy supplies. All in all, I would absolutely come back!!!!!

My husband and I stayed over NY’s 2024 weekend. It was perfect, charming and super clean. The view of the bay was perfect and we couldn’t had been more relaxed. We brought our fur baby Chase and he LOVED it. Walk down the deserted beach was awesome on new year’s day….we love the off season and this charming little cottage was perfect. Communication was excellent and we will be back. Thank you!

This was a great little cottage in a beautiful location. Very clean and had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

We came to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. The view was delightful. The kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable couch and bed! Our daughter rented down the street with our three grandchildren so at times our cottage was the meal gathering space, game room, movie night couch, beach entry point. The open kitchen/gathering space was the best place to be during our visit. We will be back!

The house was perfect and so was the beach. Close enough to other beaches and great restaurants.

I fell in love with this place! The house is beautiful and the location was just what I wanted. Quiet, so I had the solitude I was seeking, but a only a short drive to anything I could possibly want. Close enough to home that my daughter and best friends popped in to surprise me for my birthday proper, and the couldn’t say enough nice things about the place.

This house is immaculate. Perfect location with a private beach right out your back door. Will definitely be returning next year.

I had a tiny hiccup accessing the property, but the host quickly resolved the issue. The property was very clean and everything is in good condition.

We were here for a sporting event and this place was perfect! Easy drive to event location and no traffic! After being at the fields all day it was great to relax on a quiet beach or watch the sun set from the deck.

The house was beautifully renovated and perfect for our family of 4. Literally steps from the beach, we enjoyed all this gem had to offer from the very comfortable couch to the large kitchen island. The deck with water views was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and taking in the bay breeze. The house has basically everything you need from kids games to a kayak and beach chairs. Would highly recommend!
