Great place. Rooms are being renovated which is nice considering how much they charge per night. Eric at the kayak rental place was amazing. Glad we stayed here. Kitchens could use some love.

Location was good. Clean. Restaurant had great food.

It would be nice to show real photos of your balcony view. We were expecting a second floor as shown in our room photos and we got a first floor room. Not exactly the same view.

Our room was very noisy due to being directly above the laundry room. Frequent very loud noise early in the morning from automatic garage door immediately under our room. Kitchenette very small and no microwave. No safe in room.

Loved the location, it was close to the beach and the view of the ocean from our balcony was BREATHTAKING

My room at the Aspinquid was very close to the beach but removed enough that you had your own quiet peaceful view with out all crowds and hustle and bustle.

We stayed with our two young children and it was very difficult. I had seen pictures with tubs, however, the rooms have all been recently updated to have single person stand-up showers, which made bathing the toddler and baby very hard. The room was pretty small and we felt like we were all tripping over each other the whole time, especially in the bathrrom. The room was overall ok, the floor felt dirty but nothing too bad considering it is by the ocean. Check out was at 11 am and we were running about 10 minutes late (hurrying as fast as we could with two young children!) and the front desk called at 11:01am to "remind" us that check out was at 11 -- we weren't too happy about that and it felt very rude on their part. All of that aside, the location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy Ogunquit Beach and downtown Ogunquit. We were able to walk everywhere, which has awesome. I would stay again, but probably not with the children.

It is the perfect location between the beach and the center of town.

The location, the cleanliness

I was very pleased with my stay. I enjoyed the pool, my room was great, and the convenience to shops, restaurants, and the beach was really nice.

Perfect small hotel close to everything. Walking distance to the beach and shops. No need to drive. Stayed one night as we drove north in Maine.

Great location; lovely room and view.

Comfy beds with updated bathrooms and rooms. I could hear other guests through the walls as well as the TV, but that’s pretty typical of most hotels. Pool area was pretty small but did the trick when I needed to cool off. Free kayak, bike, standup paddle board, and flotation device rentals. They even put the kayaks in the water for you. This hotel has one of the closest walks to Ogunquit beach you can find. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent. The property is very dated but they have been making some updates. It’s worth the cost of what they charge compared to other similar places.

I want to rate this place higher but the conditions were poor — walls very thin so heard the neighbors quite distinctly roll early in the morning, mold on the ceiling, old outlets that didn’t work, etc. Very cute town and area and friendly staff though !

This place is not terrible, but definitely needs to be updated and brought at least to the 1990’s. It is old the floors creak all the time. Can hear everything and everyone. View is nice and area is very nice and walkable. Shopping and food very close. The ocean right down the street. If they updated the rooms, I would stay again.

Our first site when walking in was there was a stand up lamp in the corner with no lamp shade. The bed was fairly comfortable but when I tried to take a shower the next morning there was a large yellow stain that had dried in the shower. Does not appear to be too much attention to detail when cleaning. I was disappointed in the price for what we got. If we had seen the stain in the shower when we got there we would not have stayed.

Liked the hotel

This was a beautiful motel on the best location. It is situated in between the beach and the Main Street full of restaurants and stores, all walkable. Nice deck with view of the river. I would definitely stay here again. Ogunquit is simply beautiful.

The location is great and having a deck with a view was great, but for the cost of the room (350 a night) I expected a more comfortable bed and pillows and a more updated bathroom. The shower was basic and the curtain was not very good, water leaked out each time I showered. Also the light switch did not work for the 1 light that is in the room. If it was 200 or less a night I would be totally fine with the conditions.

Check in was very quick. Dzemal was very professional, pleasant and awesome at the front desk. Very clean, quiet and close to downtown property. The only tricky part is parking. There is no assigned parking spots and it is first come, first serve. If you go somewhere with car, you will have to park your car in the different spot.
