Position was superb, just a minute from beach; places to eat nearby was helpful. Property was warm and cosy and everything we needed.

Fabulous location right by the seafront and short walk from the station. Clean, comfortable and great facilities. The proprietor was friendly and very helpful.

Set up as a 2 bedroom at the expense of having a lounge but there is table/chairs in the kitchen and outdoor areas.

N0 BREAKFAST INCLUDED.LOCATION WAS FINE BUT I DIDNT GO OUT TILL I RETUTRNED HOME AFTER 2 DAYS OUT OF 7 BECAUSE I COULD'N T STAND IT ANY LONGER

IT WAS NOT A STUNNING 2 BEDROOM BUNGALOW. IT WAS A ONE BED ROOM BUNGALOW WITH A LOUNGE. A BED WAS PUT UP IN THE LOUNGE TAKING HALF OF THE ROOM, THE PINK SOFA WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT ON EVEN WITH 2 CUSHIONS UNDER MY BOTTOM, SO I SAT ON THE BED, READIND THE PAST REVIEWS ,PEOPLE ONLY STAYED 1 OR 2 NIGHTS WHICH IS FINE AND FOR ONLY 2 PEOPLE TO SLEEP . TO MAKE AN EXTRA BED UP IS AN EXCUSE TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THE TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE AND DANGEROUS. THE TAP CAME OFF ON THE BATROOM SINK, THE WAS AN OTTERMAN IN THE HALLWAY WHICH HAD TO BE MOVED ALL THE TIME TO GET THROUGH.THERE WAS NO CUPDOARD TO STORE THE VACUMN CLEANER ETC. THE CUTLERY HAD TO BE WASHED BEFORE USE. THERE WERE CHAIRS IN THE KITCHEN AND OUTSIDE BUT ONLY FOR THJAT USE.THE HARD FLOORING WAS COMING LOOSE MAKING IT A TRIPPING HAZARD.. THERE WAS DOG HAIRS IN T HE LOUNGE.I COULD'NT BEAR ANOTHER NIGHT THJERE. I WAS LOOKING FORWAD TO A BREAK AWAY IN A COMFOTABLE TWO BEDROOMED BUNGALOW.MY GOD I WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE PLACE.I WAS SO GLADF TO GET HOME FOR COMFORT.THE TV WAS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE. I HAVE NOW GOT TO THE POINT OF NOT BOOKING AN YWHERE TO STAY AT IN THE FUTURE. PEOPLE BE MORE ACCURATE IN DESCRIBING THEIR PROPERTIES.

The radiator in kitchen & bathroom didn't work & plug in sink didn't hold. Kitchen cabinet door fell off The beds were uncomfortable & both ended with bad backs.

De plaats, het ligt heel centraal en Bexhill is een leuke stad. 2 minuten wandelen van de boulevard en 3 minuten van het centrum. We hebben telefonisch contact gehad en heel vriendelijk was dat we eerder konden inchecken. Het zag er wel gezellig uit.

Het was niet er niet zo fris, bed vonden wij niet fijn het was er ook heel vochtig en de verwarming werkte niet. Wat wij ook een nadeel vonden het was betaald parkeren met een parkeermeter waar je dus iedere keer terug naar toe moest.

The location was fabulous. The cottage was lovely and clean and the little touches of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits was a lovely treat.

The only thing I would mention would be that one of the bedrooms only had blinds that weren’t a perfect fit. The bedroom being at the front of the property meant that potentially people could see in.

Clean, well located, cosy, perfect for our needs.
