Very tidy

Close to town

Cleanliness. Lack of essentials no oil salt or pepper or fly spray with ants. Small rooms no side tables coffee tables. Living room too small for amount of people. Cutlery glasses filthy and nothing matching. Worst pillows on all beds and 1 per person and thin. No bins or tissues in bathrooms. Flowing soap empty and not enough toilet paper refill toilet paper were used rolls nearly empty. Plastic bag floating in pool.

For us it was a great place in a close location for what we were in hawks bay for. awesome house and great space. We will definitely be booking it again when we return next year and be telling others that want to head to the hawksbay to look it up

The house was excellent and an easy walk to the village. The oil, snack & drinks left for us was a nice touch.

An excellent space with many rooms to fit our needs (several families, some working). Easy pedestrian access to town and the pool were much appreciated. Had all the mod cons for a comfortable trip

Hosts were proactive about reaching out and making right a minor issue with the refrigerator. I rarely see this type of initiative from hosts, which shows me their commitment towards guest experience

Really convenient to town, and in a nice suburban area. House fits a lot of people and great to have facilities like the pool and washing facilities. Grounds v well kept. Hosts very flexible and we’re happy with us bringing our dogs

Pool was a bit dirty but swimable for sure.

A slight technical hitch but all resolved very quickly.
