This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable vacation home. The kitchen has everything needed if you like to cook. Just steps to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful house! I stayed here with two friends. We mainly walked on the beach and relaxed outside, but the house was in great shape. It was clean and well-appointed (e.g. nice appliances). It had all the essentials. I especially loved the location and back patio. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing house right on the beach. Funky/cool layout with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect distance from Dune and restaurants. We will be back ;)

The house is great. It says 2 bedrooms but really only one has a door and the other sleeping space is a loft. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need for cooking. My husband and I stayed on Thursday and Friday night. We met with the owner a little later to go through the house as we were most likely going to purchase it. We had a great conversation and we mentioned that we were hosting our staff (hard working medical professionals) for a beach party the following day at a diff area of the beach and she offered that they could be on the beach out front of the property on the public beach - but that no more than 9 people could be at the house. So when people arrived, we had them squeeze into the driveway and unload their stuff to walk to the beach. The owner called me to make sure the people weren't lingering at the house and I got them to move quicker to the beach. The owner texted me to move the cars so I immediately moved the cars. Her additional texts after that notified me that she was upset. It made the whole event more stressful than it needed to be with the multiple texts coming in. I think a phone call - which is how it started was all that was needed, especially because we were already acting on it and we moved the cars right away and we moved the people arriving more quickly to the public beach. It made me on edge all day. Don't bring or meet a group here.

Just a terrific house right on the beach. Such a cool quirky design (in the best way) with all of the amenities. If you don't know, the beaches in Pacific City (especially at the Southern End where this house is located) are basically empty. We really enjoyed our stay and this fabulous home! We will be back!

Beautiful property with an absolutely perfect location! Great access to the Nestucca River for kayaking and SUP and amazing access to the beach with breathtaking views. The house was well stocked, and the pre- and during-trip communication with the owners and hospitality felt like we were staying at a close friend's house rather than a rental. A few highlights were the outdoor living space, the firepit, and the proxmity to town and to Cape Kiwanda. This was our first trip to Pacific City and my family was sad to leave (always a great sign of a good trip!). We'll definitely be back!

Thoughtful owners Fire pit was really fun and the Beach Access was great for our surfing needs Horseshoe Pit out back was great along with an arcade game upstairs Upscale TVs and more Would definitely stay here again! Just a note that the loft doesn’t have a wall or real door but the amazing ocean view was worth staying in that queen bed
