The location of the property is perfect. It’s closely located to everything you need including Walgreen’s, Publix, and tons of restaurants. The property has updated counters and cabinets, and essentials were all present to make your own meal. Lots of towels were provided including beach towels which was very convenient. The outdoor patio table became our favorite spot to relax.

The property is very old and needs lots of updating to include the kitchen appliances, bathroom grout is filthy, the tile floors had stains, cracks and the bedroom linens had stains. When we arrived the property wasn’t cleaned, so we had to purchase our own supplies to clean it before we could move in for the week. Seriously disappointing considering the pictures made it look clean and ready for guests. Thankfully we were promised a cleaning fee refund for the two hours I had to take on my vacation to clean the property including the fridge inside. Overall, this property needs TLC before it should be considered ready for guests.
