First off we had a great time at this adorable cabin!!! We needed an early check in and Carissa was very accommodating While we were there we enjoyed the BBQ Grill and lounge chairs, fire pit and the Hot Tub. This place is set up with games and other relaxing spots in the back we did not get a chance to enjoy This cabin was in a great location and the little town was so peaceful We brought our UTVs and the forest was wonderful to explore We will definitely be back

The cabin was a great place for a weekend getaway. We drove into Sedona and did the cathedral hike, but also spent plenty of time relaxing at the cabin. There are multiple outdoor spaces to relax and hang out. The hot tub was also wonderful!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Coco's! My friend and I were immediately impressed when we walked in. The cabin decor was warm and inviting and it smelled wonderful. There was even a box of cookies on the kitchen counter for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and ready to use and we felt relaxed and at home immediately. There was plenty of kindling to start a fire and plenty of fire wood, but there is also a convenient, easy to use digital thermostat on the wall in the hallway. The inside temperature was comfortable the entire time. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans, etc. and there are plenty of supplies if you are like me and like to clean as you cook. The main bed is very comfortable. The deck and yard are well kept and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The WiFi worked great when I had to handle emails, etc. for work. Some of the houses in the neighborhood are not as well kept as Coco's and there are neighbors close by, although we only saw others a couple of times. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had one concern that the shower water was not very hot, but the problem was addressed and fixed as soon as possible. The host was great at communicating to make sure our stay was great. If you are looking for a place to relax with a host that cares about guest the guests, don't hesitate to book a stay here. We will definitely be back!

.great stay - awesome place - to much water in hot tub for 4 people to enjoy / overflowed and then the power switch would shut it down / had to get out and trip the circuit board / Awesome place - would love to come back and stay again /

I cannot say enough about this house. Beautiful, well kept with everything you could possibly need! Carissa the host was responsive to our every need!! You will not regret choosing this place to stay!

This is absolute perfect stay for those wanting be near Sedona but actually more in the forested mountains and a way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect solitude here. If you plan to make your own trip and prepare your own meals and enjoy evening solitude this your place. Would definitely come back again.
