Very nice hotel with service minded staff, lovely pool at the roof and great breakfast buffet next to the pool.
I would have rated 10 of 10 if it hadn’t been for the noise in connection with our room on ground floor just next to the reception. People coming home from dinner out until 02.00am and starting checking out from 05.00am. And on top of that, there was a lot of noise from the floor above where the staff had storage or something.
I can really recommend the hotel but not if you stay on ground floor.

Room was very small, cords hanging down wall from tv in room, no safe in room, water pouring out of shower onto floor in room. Not enough towels provided given the leaky shower. Restaurant and front desk staff were very helpful and nice. View from pool and restaurant were amazing.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect location to visit the Acropolis (less than 10 min drive and arranging a taxi is very easy). The infinity pool was fantastic for lounging during the mid afternoon heat and you can see the Acropolis from it.

I will start off by saying the staff at the front desk at this hotel have little to no common sense or attention to detail. I am Greek and came here with my family for two days. I had booked two rooms for two nights. They said they could not find the second reservation, which was under the exact same name and the same credit card they made us call Expedia on the phone for an hour and then they said oh sorry we actually did find the reservation. Once we had already spent $200 to book another room. They were not apologetic they did not give us any compensation for the time and money we had spent trying to resolve a problem that should’ve been dealt with by them. Eva at the front desk was the most rude of them all. The pool was dirty and so were the floors in the room. Hair everywhere and the rooms were 25 degrees when we arrived. Save your money and time and book somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff showed me around so I knew everything about the room. Pool service was great, loved the rooftop. Air conditioning was great. Would stay here again.

Was disappointed we were allocated a lower ground room but have to say it was very stylish and comfortable. Pool area is nice but pool not very deep and limited seating.

I regret to inform you that I have contracted a severe infection due to the water in your pool. I am certain it is related to the contamination there, as I only got my legs wet, and this is the result.
I have never stayed in such an unclean hotel, and I sincerely hope never to experience this again.

Location location location. I stayed in two different rooms and both had amazing views. It’s a family owned and family run hotel. Beautiful and kind family. Whatever we needed or desired, from recommendations, car rental, late check out, airport transportation, they accommodated us. Will come back!

Everything was fabulous the people were awesome the front staff was great getting a taxi was easy The only two issues I had is the pool open late and closed early and the food quality was not a four star food quality but the service at the restaurant was above and beyond four-star

Very well designed rooms. All modern and functional. New. Great service and attitude of staff. Pool rooftop was great as were the staff serving food and drinks. A little oasis with great all around views of Athens and Pireas including the Acropolis.

When we go to hotel, they told us that "the hotels.com cancelled your reservation, we dont have any room for you, we are fully booked" although they send me an email to check in online, and i already checked in, when i arrive they told me that "go find another hotel. No help, no smile, no sorry! Nothing! And they never send my money back!!!!!!!! Horrible hotel, horribble people!

Restaurant food was horrible and over priced. Customer service in restaurant and reception could be better. No microwave in room. Espresso machine was nice and wifi signal was great. I enjoyed help from cleaning staff.
