The proximity to the Goodyear Ballpark and some very good Mom and Pop type Mexican restaurants in near by Avondale, AZ, where we had some great breakfasts and lunches.

There was no TV with local broadcasts, other than what you could get from the Samsung TV's own software which was basically only Netscape. So, no local news or TV programming. Pillows and beds were not the best or that comfortable for me with a bad back. A few more waste baskets throughout the house would have been nice. The WIFI password had not been updated from what was sent to me, and had it not been for a scrap of paper we found under the main TV with the actual password, we would not have had any internet or the Netflix.
