We didn't like anything about this property. The vacasa managed property is looting people. They charge you for any minor things which ideally should be a default service. No indication of late check-in. You need to go through their extremely weird auto verification process which is completely broken. The property had so many insects! The first day when we entered, our room had lizards! Then, no AC in bedroom!! They kept AC in living room and expect you to work with it! Even after complaining multiple times, their response team is so slow, they need approvals for every small things amd keeps you waited till you lose patience and don't ask anything! The poorest customer is all you can expect! There were insects on the kitchen! The cleanliness is not a word eligible here! I came here for our anniversary celebrations and found helpless!

When we seemed to forget our only driving license (for my wife) and needed it urgently, the customer representative asked us to pay $30 USD! This fee is just to check if it is present or not! I told them about my flight situation which was next day early morning and I offered to pick up from property, however, they didn't say a word about closer of service next day ans still deducted the amount from my account! The height of untrust! Even after repeated requests, I latterly have to fight for it to get refunded. It is not yet refunded and I'm still waiting to get it back to my account since we don't want this service now at all!
