It took a long time to heat up

I was not sent the info needed to get into the property until a day or two after we arrived! We had to sit in the car in the cold and dark while I tried to find contact details. There was one phone number in one email, but not obvious, and all I could do was make a call and leave a message. When I was called back I was told that the info had been emailed to me on Friday, however this is not true as I did not make the booking until Saturday (the day after). I was then told that my booking must have been a late one (I booked the day before we arrived). Bookings should not be accepted if people can't get the info out on time. One heater would not work. There were no extra blankets and one of us was cold all night (this was in one of the rooms where a heater was working). The folder with info on the property was not in a prominent place, and we did not find it on the first night (it was on the top of the fridge). It would be better to leave it on one of the tables.
