the price and the location because it’s nearby the train station and some fastfood restaurants.

the floor was really sticky and nasty. and the shower in the bathroom suddenly goes from cold to really really hot. the first day I burned myself because of the heat.

We arrived at the hotel and there was a fight in the lobby, a guest was been forced out of the lobby by an employee, as he was telling everybody there not to stay there because it was dangerous. We then where not given any explanation about what happend. They gave us our room in a very hostile way and didn't explain how to get there or what so ever, after this we decided to leave and find another place. The hotel or booking has not find a solution for this. So my recomendation is not to choose this place because it anything happens you can not contact anyone.

WiFi is not available properly. There is no kettle to make a hot drink in the bedroom. One of the staff charged 1.30 euro for a cup of tea which is served with the breakfast. But other staff didn’t charge for the drink in the other morning.

- The room was small but clean - The staff was very nice and the security guy went out of his way to help us back into our room when the battery of the lock died - It wasn't that far of a walk from the metro (17 min) - Clean towels

- The bed was very hard and uncomfortable - In the morning there's alot of honking from outside that woke us up - The breakfast was okay, just unlimited bread with jam or chocolate paste and yoghurt.

We've arrived really late to the hotel, about 2pm at night. The auto-check im machine wasn't working. However the security guy was tirelessly tried to fix the machine. After an hour he managed to fix it, even though it wasn't his job. We were very pleased with this.

Far from the center. Heater was busted. Sink was clogged. No bathroom inside the room.

We didnt try the breakfast.. The location far from the city..

Facilities..the elevator is not properly working.. No hairdryer availble at the room... Space of the room it too narrow and no wardrobe for clothes.

at least the train station it's not that far from the hotel so easy reaching by walk and just two stops from gare de lyon ,from there its easy to move all around Paris ,cause there is the most base of connection

there are a lot to say about this hotel ,i never had in one day so many problem ,i was almostI about to stay out of my room and not be able to retrieve my suitcases and my work items because the doors are automatic with electric locking, but something had gone wrong and the door would no longer open, the owner manager when he went up to check the situation I got involved because I could not stay all day without recovering my things,

Good location as only a 5 mins walk from the RER line B metro station The room was clean and included a wash basin and Television Bathroom was shared however only a few steps away from the bedroom Free WiFi worked well
