The location was great and the house was very cute.

There was a ton of spider webs outside and all along the rails of the stairs, we have small children so we had to watch out. I wish there had been a regular coffee maker and coffee beans or coffee. The one that was there was complicated and there was no coffee. The Futon bed was extremly hard and we could not sleep on it. Even as a regular couch it is very uncomfortable and hard.
