Was the best place for all of us to hang out. Close to the beach and downtown!

Awesome location Great house

Very nice and close to the beach and the village! We all enjoyed it!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect location! The pool was nice for the afternoon after the beach. The house/kitchen was well appointed. You do need to supply your own condiments and spices even salt and pepper. The only issue we had was we couldn’t figure out how to heat the spa/hot tub. The pool person said it was on a timer and it wasn’t. So we never had a warm hot tub. Other than that no complaints.

This stunning property was a short 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and more - and even a cart to conveniently wheel everything to the beach. My only complaints: 1) the door alarm was extremely loud and cumbersome to deal with; 2) the pool was small and turned green on our last day, making it unusable (when asked if they could clean it, communication was curt and vague); 3) there was absolutely no flexibility in letting us check in early or late - nowhere to stow our bags before 4 pm check-in (which is essentially the end of a day) and check out promptly at 10 am (maid had management calling us within 2 minutes). While it was a good stay overall and absolutely beautiful property in a convenient location, for the amount we paid to stay here, I would have expected the experience to be even better.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was truly stunning in so many ways. My friends and I had the best time on our yearly trip. 10/10 would recommend this home to a group or family looking for a vacation in the Siesta Key area. The location was amazing, truly steps from the beach and town, great proximity to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home had so many tasteful features - one notable item was the large/bulk ice maker - that was so convenient when packing coolers for the beach or a boat day. My only feedback is that the pool/backyard area backs up right to the street and does not feel very private and there is a very loud alarm on the main home entrance that goes off every time you enter or exit the property - you can hit a button to silence the alarm but it is just something to be aware of for families or large groups that may be coming and going often. All in all, it was an amazing stay and I hope to return in the future!

What a house! My family absolutely loved staying here, it has EVERYTHING we wanted for our beach vacation to Siesta Key. It is all brand-new, I think we must have been one of the first guests in this incredibly clean and new rental home. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and we spent most of our time there in the sunshine, splashing in the pool or watching tv. My wife and I cooked on the BBQ a few times and we had a blast. The interior was equally impressive, felt very warm and welcoming and you can tell it was professionally decorated and well planned out. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each has its own bathroom. This is a huge plus with our teenagers! We could also see the beach and watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. We also loved the location and how close it was to the beach and Siesta Village. The management company was easy to reach and pleasant when we had a quick question about the property. Hands down the best place we have ever rented!!
