We were a family of 11 6 adults and 5 children and this house was a perfect fit for the family. The house was well equipped with a beautiful yard with a fire pit which we used. On the downside the listing indicated that there was a hot tub but there was none. The beach was nice but was a car ride away.

Thank you! My family’s vacation was one of the most enjoyable to date. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable, warm and inviting. The individual bedroom air conditioners allowed everyone to set their bedrooms to their comfort. We had some very hot days, and it was nice to be able to sleep well. The large yard and firepit was enjoyed by all, especially my Grandson, who had plenty of room to play. Basketball hoop, big plus. Cul-de-sac dirt road, great for riding his bike. We were pleasantly surprised by two deer appearances, some curious racoons and a fox wandering through the yard. One of the most enjoyable experiences was the times we spent at the private beach at lake Waukewan. My Grandson was able to swim safely and experience his first kayak ride with his mother. Conveniently located to all the local attractions, as well as shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend for pizza night: Pie Guys Pizzeria. Great place for families.

The location of the house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and ample parking. The house was spacious enough for all of us (7 adults). It is a little dated and not meticulous, but it fit our needs and we had a great week!
