The house keeping was not cleaning the room properly. It happened a couple of times that they didn’t do the bed, or for example left the iron table in the middle of the room instead of putting it back to the wardrobe. It’s very strange because all other services in the hotel is great.

Nice hotel but breakfast felt like it has been laying for long, Fries vegetables and pastries. Minibar warm and shower pendling in temperature all the time.

It was a very nice hotel, the interior Design is amazing, and very confortable. The included breakfast is a huge buffet with all kind of things and good quality ones. I would recommend a lot this place. The room Cleaning its not as i expected.

Property and staff were amazing with beautiful views! Absolutely no complaints with the stay whatsoever. All around perfect, and the Spa is wonderful. Air con could be a little more powerful but that’s a minor preference thing. Overall 10/10!

My stay at Clarion Draken was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The room and lounge areas were very comfortable, staff were Al helpful & friendly. The gym had everything required for a good workout. The breakfast was outstanding!! delicious! The variety was immense; A feast in fact. And finally, my most favorite part of the stay was visiting the rooftop lounge & restaurant. The view was beautiful, so picturesque! The food scrumptious, ambiance relaxing, music was good & service excellent. Truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. Will definitely go again!!!!

Amazing bathroom. Weird closets. What is it with Swedes and twin beds stuck to gether?? No cuddling? People were terrific- helpful and kind. Natasha at reception and Mariatou(?) in the breakfast were wonderful. Enjoyed the Bistro

I am a Hotels Gold member and am entitled to be upgraded in case there are any better rooms available. Like always this never happens even though the hotel most likely was far from full. On top of that, my room was booked so I should have a room over the lake or the town. Look at the picture and see my view from room 409. Tragic view over the town. I also requested a double bed and not two single beds. Of course, I got two single beds - Not very customer-friendly and perhaps the hotel should treat someone who makes +40 hotel nights/year in Sweden better. Also: the ENTIRE area surrounding the hotel is a complete mess and construction work is ongoing everywhere in the surroundings. For example, I had to park my car 1.4km away from the hotel to get a parking place. Do I recommend this hotel? Am I going to stay here the next time I visit Gothenburg? What do you think?

I really enjoyed my stay at the Clarion Draken Hotel. All the staff members were extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast was surprisingly amazing. Loved its proximity to local sites and attractions. When I return, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay, the breakfast was impeccable. The rooms were great and had a nice view. It was very easy to access from the ferry terminal as well as other public transport.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Gothenburg. The best sun set view (on west side) or lovely sunrice over the city (on the east side). A fantastic roof bar and a bistro that must get at least one star! However, had to change room after a noicy AC and at floor 27th they missed to do my bed and change used glaces, not a big deal but not a top tier hotel. Well worth a stay!

### Title: A Horrible Experience, Zero Service My stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The service was nonexistent. We ordered food from outside, and instead of notifying us, the staff left it in the street. The room was in a deplorable state upon arrival: a sticky stain on the floor, dust everywhere in the closet and on the furniture. Even after requesting a second cleaning, they forgot to clean the glasses and cups, replenish coffee supplies, and left trash in the room. Despite repeated visits to the front desk to request housekeeping at 9 AM, we returned at 3 PM to find the room still not cleaned. It was also incredibly difficult to reach the front desk, requiring 6 to 8 calls since there are no phones in the rooms, forcing us to use our own phones. Breakfast was another disaster. Everything was self-service: we had to get our own cutlery, glass, salt, pepper, and coffee. The staff present had no tasks to perform as we had to do everything ourselves. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Special mention to Emilie, who openly mocked customers and said, "Go ahead, leave a review, it's not a problem" when we mentioned leaving negative feedback. I don't understand how this hotel obtained its stars. Maybe for its modern design, but certainly not for cleanliness or service. The only thing we found was a bed. For everything else, zero service, zero professionalism, zero comfort. Avoid at all costs.

Gorgeous room view and excellent service with extensive breakfast options

Really enjoyed my stay on my first visit to Göteborg. Great location with tram stop right outside. Breakfast was amazing, so many options. The room was great. My only criticism was that it was very dusty especially around the windows and inside the wardrobe but other than that I was very pleased. Staff were all very helpful

The hotel room was dirty. There was hair on the pillows and food crumbles on the floor. The dining area and bar were not really as advertised. I have visited other high-rise bars/restaurants in Goteborg that have better views.

Outstanding staff who went out of their way to be friendly from reception, to fine dining on top floor to restaurant for breakfast. Room was lively with nice views. Great location across from tram stop and cafes.
