hands down, one the the best hotels in the Dallas region with 2 major stadiums withing 5-10 minute walk and food/drink venues !!!

The hotel was very nice, clean and was a quick walk to Globe Life field where we seeing a concert. The only downfall was the price. I booked at a certain price many months ago and the final bill was much higher. It was worth the extra money for the proximity to the venue though!

The only complaint I have is the valet parking, waited three hours to get our vehicle! It was unorganized it was hot outside not offered any drinks . Texted numerous times to the valet service .

Nicely decorated lobby area, very clean. The valet gentleman did their job attentively, I’ve never had so many people come and take luggage out of my hands to load it in my vehicle. Great customer service is now a shock! The waitress at the sol bar at the pool was also friendly. Our food and drinks were tasty. Our four year old enjoyed the pool and sand. The suite with two queen beds was spacious and comfy. The only other accommodations I would suggest is maybe have a toddler kit available for parents, a step stool for the sink toilet usage , toddler bed safety rail.

This place is one of the best and most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed. The room was immaculate and I got an upgrade despite the hotel being sold out. The room was quiet and had an amazing view of AT&T Stadium! The restaurants and bars at the hotel were very upscale and nice! The next time I am here in the DFW area, this is the place to be!

Great place to stay, clean & today with all mod cons. Close to all amenities in Arlington and has a great coffee shop open early till late. Only drawer back was unhelpful front desk when asking for a late check out. They wanted to charge a full nights rate for 3 hours extra.

Hotel was very nice, convenient location and staff was very professional and friendly. However electronics services were lacking.
We tried to check in electronically but encountered issues. On the chat service we asked for help and were told we would be contacted by phone later that day, we went through this process 3 straight days but still no response.
We also used the valet service and after texting down 30 minutes in advance all 3 days we were there the car was not available and we were TOLD all 3 days there were computer issues. SURE

We booked this hotel Very last minute, as in the same day we arrived. So, I wasn't real sure what we were heading into. We booked it due to its proximity to the Globe Stadium for a Texas Rangers game. We were pleasantly surprised by the Valet staff. Very helpful and friendly. The front desk clerk was as well. The room was excellent. Little pricey but I expected that considering its location. Will definately stay again!!!!!!!!

Attended a couple of Texas Rangers games. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the stadium and a 15 minute uber ride from the airport. The food options at the hotel were great and Soy Cowboy is a MUST do.

Our stay in the Luxury room with King bed was amazing. Bed and bedding were both extremely comfortable. The bathrobes supplied were also amazing. We were in town for a Rangers baseball game and it was a easy quick walk across the street to the ballfield. Room service after the game was quick, the server was very respectful, order was delivered well before the 45 estimated delivery time. The burger and turkey club sandwich were amazing.

Was a decent stay for the most part to take in a Rangers game and a concert at Jerry World. Convenient and easy to enjoy the area. However, we had a clogged shower upon arrival and valet was an absolute disaster. Outside of those two issues it was a great place.

Our check -in was great although as we got to our room ...we noticed it was hot 🔥...after attempting to turn the a/c on with no success . I was left with the option to call the hotel assistance line for some help with the a/c. I feel we should have been moved to a different room due to the issues with the air conditioner. The room was hot , my guest and i had to shower n get dressed with hotel maintenance entering and re-entering our room . This was by far the worst experience with our favorite hotel in Arlington. Due to time constraints i didnt have time to personally take the issue up with the front desk .

Experience overall good, however, they had rented out one of two pools (the family pool with bar) for a convention and did not give any type of advanced notice. We had a party of 10 staying there sharing 4 pool chairs. They DID give a $100 credit after four requests up the chain with management to all parties to offset.

For the price this hotel fees like a motel. In my personal opinion they are understaffed and unorganized. Considering this hotel price point is on the more expensive side I expect more timely mannered service especially since you pay an additional fee for said service. I lived in Arlington for many years and has stayed at many hotels. I would never stay at this hotel again. We are looking into staying at live next visit I really hope it's not the same experience.
