Location is great

The key situation is terrible. We had to clean the place when we got there. One set of keys was terrible. Being asked to go make our own set of keys was totally unacceptable! Lock box and combination was not valid. Key pad on front door didn’t work. No hot water for the first few days. Our stay ended with the having to call and find out what the new lock box combo was . We were told that our guest had to park 21 blocks down the street! Communication and knowledge of the property from management is terrible. And finally, we had a parking ticket on our vehicle for having a bad parking pass which was provided by the condo. We spent way too much of our time trying to fix issues related to our stay. Also, the elevators were out for a couple days. We spent way too much money to stay in the condo with all the issues and our vacation time spent trying to fix issues. I feel strongly that a suzeable refund should be made.
