The house was advertised as air conditioned, this was one of the main reasons I booked and paid so much money for it. On arrival the owner of the house said if we want air conditioning we have to pay extra in cash. The description of the accommodation didn't state this and it didn't state that we had to pay THEIR taxes in cash too. We booked for 7 people and the house wasn't big enough really for 7 people. It is shared accommodation which also wasn't mentioned with there being 3 other families there. To say we came in August during the hottest season, you would think they would provide air conditioning without extra cash payments for it, this is completely unfair and a house like this should not be advertised on booking.com. There was zero towels provided. One toilet roll provided for a family of 7, cupboards were chained up and locked inside. Completely a bizarre experience and I've stayed in a lot of hotels and BnBs.
