Host was great and the condo had everything we needed. Kids loved the water park and we loved the close proximity to the beach! Beautiful view of the waterway too!

We celebrated my uncle’s 70th and surprised him. We had an amazing time at Splash Harbor spending time with friends and family. Perfect location to bars and restaurants, walks on the beach. The host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner and great to work with. The condo was nice, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Highly recommend and would return!

Nice location but the unit was not well maintained. The furniture was old and dirty, lights, ice maker didn’t work and the washer had mold in it and smelled terrible. The complex was not clean and elevators were dirty and smelled bad. Definitely not worth the money!

Beautiful water view from the condo. Accommodations very clean and comfortable. Minutes from beach. Family enjoyed volleyball court right next to condo. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Outstanding communication from property owner. Highly recommend if you are coming to this area.

Great location - close to restaurants, water park, and the beach. The owner was so wonderful in his communication with the check-in process. area favorites and fun options during our stay, and the check-out process. We will definitely use this rental again.

Great location and beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay, from the location the ease of getting around and the condo. The parking garage was a nightmare as it doesn’t turn around you have to back up with no available spots. It’s hard to figure out the elevator without getting out on arrival. The condo was decorated cute, the views amazing and the location was perfect for our family. Actual functions of the condo needed some attention- the hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work unless you turned cold on. The bedroom pocket door didn’t lock, the key for the main door wasn’t secured inside the plastic and fell out several times. Some minor things for the week, but we enjoyed the facilities and had a wonderful family vacation. For a group our size we felt we needed more towels, we had 4 bath and 4 beach, 9 of us.

Was looking for a place to get all our boys together while we still can. They are older and started their own careers, and we wanted to get away and have fun as a family. Loved all that Indian Rocks and Clearwater had to offer. Great night out at Crabby Bills, Slyce, the Mexican restaurant, and of course the ice cream shop with 140 flavors, all within in walking distance. The pool was nice but we were over run with the children since school is out locally. Loved the drinks at the pool bar! We also met with relatives who live in the region.

First Tom is a great host. He’s communication though out the whole process was great! I stayed there with family on memorial day weekend. Location was great, only a short walk to the beach, and several restaurants within walking distance. The Splash Harbor was a bonus and awesome way to cool down and watch the kids play. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend.

This is the best property we've ever rented and will definitely be returning next year. The location is perfect and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the stingrays, dolphins and manatees float up the canal.

This condo had all the comforts of home. Beds were great. Kids really enjoyed the waterpark and the beach was beautiful.

The property was spacious and clean for a family of 7! We had access to the pool and water park as well as close proximity to the beach. Wonderful restaurants close by! We had a few questions and Tom, the property owner was a quick call away! Very accessible!! We would highly recommend this location!!

This had to be the best bachelorette trip ever! From booking to the stay was perfect! This is such an excellent place, the view is beautiful! A short walk to the most beautiful beach! This place felt like staying at a friends home, so comfy and cozy! Just beautiful! And the water park is such fun! My granddaughter absolutely loved it! Thank you Tom! I hope to come back again!

Excellent accommodations and location. First time booking through VRBO and we couldn’t have chosen better. The water park was great for all ages and the beach was a short walk. We had great views of the waterway and even saw dolphins near the boat docks. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

A+ experience! Condo was well-kept, clean and had everything we would have expected. We enjoyed our view of the intercostal, and went to the shared balcony a few times for sunset. Beach was within walking distance. Indian Rocks is a fun area!

This was a great place for a family vacation. This was a great location with an amazing view on the Marina, many restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the viewing deck, dolphins and manatees from our deck along with watching the many boats coming in. My family enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

The condo was in the perfect location! We could walk to beach and restaurants easily. Very quiet area. We loved watching the boats come in and out while sitting on the balcony. Definitely go to Kooky Coconut for ice cream (we went 2x).

This place is a great property that is close to many area restaurants and a block away from the beach. The property manager was great to deal with. We will be back!!

Owner provided excellent information making our stay at the property very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed and the waterpark was great entertainment for the kids. This property lives up to everything advertised.

One of the best beach condos we have stayed at. There are not many places that we go to and we feel like we walked in our second home, but this place did. We loved the view of the canal and watching the dolphins in the morning. You don’t need to bring any towels or kitchen items, they have it all! The water park was perfect for our kids (age 11, 10, 9) and we loved the bar attached to it. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing trip.

Everything was awesome!!

This property is great! Very spacious, well decorated, and clean! The communication was great with the owner. In a great location within a 3 minute walk to the beach! The balcony view is perfect with the canal view and the boats! We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the different localities from the comfort of the balcony! The water park is fun! My only complaint is how slow and hot the elevator is but that is not this property owner’s fault.

We recommend this condo to all looking for a great view! Condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Tom was a great host! We would stay here again!

This was an awesome find for our family vacation. From the initial booking, to check in, the owner was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding our stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. From beach towels to board games and all the necessities needed in the kitchen, the property lacked nothing. There were even beach chairs for us to use. The beds were comfortable. There were flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and living room. My daughter-in-law even found a pack and play and high chair in one of the closets. The balcony was furnished with a grill, table and four comfortable chairs and two Adirondack chairs. There was plentiful underground parking in the condo's garage with an elevator that opened up almost directly in front of the condo. The condo building adjoins a water park and includes four free passes daily and also the option to purchase up to six additional daily passes for half price. Splash Harbour Water Park is less than a year old and provided fun for the whole family. There is a lazy river, two large water slides and a large play area with small slides for young children. We did not eat or drink at the adjoining snack bar or cocktail bar but the food and drinks we saw looked good. The condo was literally two shorts blocks from the beach access. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. My adult son rented a paddle board from the Indian Rocks Beach Surf Shop and enjoyed paddle boarding on the Gulf. Our family enjoyed walking to the local restaurants for dinner, including Los Mexicanos (Mexican food), Crabby Bills (Seafood) and Slyce (Pizza). We enjoyed the casual dining and friendly service provided at all of these local eateries. To satisfy our sweet tooth, the local ice cream shops hit the spot! The views of the canal from one of the bedrooms, living room and the balcony were amazing. As were the sunsets. It was fun to watch the boats and paddle boarders coming and going up and down the waterway. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and hope to be returning for years to come.
