Excellent value for money...I will be back.

Very clean, modern and cosy. Parking was not an issue and it was a great location for accessing the centre of Watford. Highly recommended.

Amazing, comfortable and a little gem

The property was so clean and well presented. It is in a quiet location however so close to Watford, public transport and amenities. The check in process was so easy. The property was so comfortable and felt spacious. The beds were so comfy and we slept so well. It was such a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again. The host was very informative and always on hand if we had questions.

In a convenient location for Watford without being right in the centre. Extremely good value. Would recommend.

Spotlessly clean and tidy, very comfortable, an easy chair would have been appreciated

Staff are great but would not recommend to sole females.

Easy to find and good for parking

An alleged delivery man hovered outside ringing my door buzzer every ten minutes for forty minutes. He even knocked on my bedroom window. After showering and a further half hour, he was still outside the property trying to get in. It made me feel vulnerable as a female traveller on my own. The towel had a huge brown stain on it. I ended up using a hand towel,

Lovely surprise when we arrived at the property appears brand new , rooms and bathrooms decorated to high standard , comfortable beds with a kitchen available to use would highly recommend

Stayed for 1 night business trip. Arrived after 8pm, no issues. Room spotlessly clean, free parking

Room and en-suite spotlessly clean, nice room. Ample parking. Digi-pad locks on front door and room door, codes issued on email and WhatsApp.
