Absolutely nothing. They robbed my money and didn't let me in the property. Claimed to have rejected the reservation. Even though I had a confirmation email. Very rude and dismissive over the phone

Accepted the booking then lied and said they hadn't. Said that they didn't accept as they didn't have rooms available so I spent extra money on taxis there and also to the town to find somewhere to stay at midnight

Although this was described as a house, we were restricted to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This was adequate for our needs as we arrived late and were leaving early in the morning. We did have access to the fridge, but I felt that the owner wasn't expecting this. The family usually live in the house, but they had moved out for the night. The family cat was there though! So, this is more like an AirBnB to be honest
