The price, the kitchenette & modern facilities.

There was no dish cloth or scrubbing brush in the kitchen. Great that it had a kitchen but unsure how to clean dirty dishes. The blinds did not block out the light at night. Attention to detail…the bathroom hand towel rail was obviously loose and wonky which would be an easy fix.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was great and do supportive!

Location is not most central or beach, but very close to Newmarket and a lovely residential area.

Very quiet and it’s near Westfield Newmarket. My bed was soooooo comfortable to sleep. The entire room was very tidy and neat. Bathroom is also beautiful and the main door has security lock.

Maybe just improve on the bath towels as there were stains on it when I arrived

Nice comfortable stay for short term. Very nice and modern rooms with good and spacious bathroom facilities and good clothing storage. Room (except under bed) was generally very clean. Comfortable bed.

The passive aggressive note left on our car by management telling us we were not supposed to park in the carpark was not appreciated (despite parking being part of what this accommodation offered). Further, under the bed could do with a vacuum - a lot of dust present.

Great location

A yea towel would be good. The door lock caused a few issues but had great help from the residents. Please email the instructions rather than using the booking app, this caused some confusion.

Mei was very helpful and friendly we had so much trouble trying to unlock the door with the self check in that even the lady who lived upstairs said everyone struggles. Mei made sure we were all good. The bathroom mirror was super fancy too and location was easy to get too.

The door was a nightmare to get into. We spent ages trying multiple times going out and in to unlock it. Defitnely needs fixing and made more accessibly even for two girls in our twenties. Would recommend just having a code on the door rather than a swipe machine that always gets mad when you try to unlock the door, The guy wasn't very friendly on the phone who said we swiped it too many times. Getting into a door should not be that hard.

This is my second visit and I felt I was returning home as it was so welcoming - especially May greeting me as a friend. The place is modern, clean and comfortable. There is a sensor light in the bathroom for nighttime. Well equipped kitchen and good location. Bus stop outside and short walk to shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing it is a great place to stay

Friendly staff ,especially Mae as we chatted about boarding school while doing our laundry. Clean and modern. Plenty of equipment and essentials provided. Loved the patio/ balcony to sit outside with a cup of tea. Good location

The studio at 66 Express was perfect.

The lighting in the kitchenette was very poor - frustratingly poor, and the water temp could be turned up a tad. Also, the entry needs better exposure, the driveway it rather hard to find.

Good setup with just about everything you need. Complimentary products, close to attractions, comfortable bed and bathroom with underfloor heating.

Stuffy room, a fan could help.

Stylish room, huge TV. Double-glazing, so room was quiet and cozy. Loved the private covered deck.

Great condition and size of the room. Spotless facilities, plenty of on-site parking.

Checking in was a little confusing but once we got it, no issues then.

Lovely hosts, let us have a late check out with no issues. Will definitely stay again. Xx
