The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with huge on suites. TV in each room. lounge was comfortable and balcony had a great view. kitchen was well set up.

the check in process was all online and electronic, nobody actual onsite at the hotel. the process got messy and confusing, especially when I rang the number supplied and the woman thought I was at a different hotel and was giving me misleading information. I'm sure the check in process runs great when its working, but when I have someone arguing that it was all in a message sent to me, and I haven't received said message, then things become annoying.

Spotlessly clean. Very new apartment. Quiet at night. Large bathroom. Comfortable sofa. Adequate facilities to cook in the room or can walk to numerous eateries & supermarket. Secure, free parking, although a little tight for larger cars. Didn't realise I had to run video every time I used the digital key but Steven was available on the phone to help. Appreciated the coffee machine. Great introductory offer on price. Stayed in a bedroom apartment.

Lots of security taps from car to room when unloading luggage from car but ok once a routine is worked out. Missed the driveway first time but can go around the block. Don't try to turn in from city side of Goodwood Road.

Communication could have been a bit more explicit. Understanding that you needed an app for the key, that they would be sent to the specific people. Also how that key works in relation to getting into the carpark etc - luckily for us there were other people around at the time that could assist. The staff were great, just the information surrounding the initial process could be enhanced.

the dishwasher was bit smelly hasn’t been cleaned and the washing machine smelly and needed a clean and maintenance

New clean property with good facilities such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

Several things were disappointing: there was no dishwasher in our kitchen, even though it stated it in our booking and was listed in our room facilities. There was a locked adjoining door to next unit- which was very odd, especially as we were sold a one bedroom deluxe unit. The rooms are not soundproofed- it was exceptionally noisy with neighbouring apartment occupied- the neighbours were not loud but walls very thin and acoustics through the roof. The occupants next door sounded as though they could have been in our room- this really impacted our stay and kept us all awake. The dining room light was tripping/ flashing on and off- I reported it directly on first day but no one responded back and it was never fixed.

Clean

Ten thousand check-in steps and there's an app to download before u could finally get access to the key. It is the only hotel that asks me to update my payment method and photo ID. Noisy, there's just a locked door between two apartments which should be a solid wall. I don't feel safe when u can see lights through the door behind the TV in my bedroom and hear strangers behind the door. It is definitely not up to Australian Standards.

The property was very new and facilities in the apartment were fantastic. Nothing was lacking. Highly recommended!

Access to the car park from the building wasn’t clear.

New apartment, 2 bathrooms, so clean, comfortable big beds. Wish we had of stayed longer.

The entry system was a bit long winded, but not a big deal.
