Rooms were cramped and only one small chair for seating in a room with a king-sized bed. Staff were rude and unhelpful with requests. Very unpleasant experience.

We were in town to enjoy grandparents day with our grandchildren, our hotel was located in the middle of town and was easy to get to the school. The hotel was great, very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. We will definitely chose this property again

We only stayed one night. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a variety of food. There couldn't have been a better place to stay.

Airport shuttle was quick and easy, evern at 4:45 AM. Bar was nice and clean with reasonable happy hour prices. Beds super comfortable!

Great place

We decided to get to our vacation spot a day early to take advantage of a better weather forecast than anticipated. Our condo couldn’t get us in a day early so we decided to stay in this Hotel. It did not disappoint! Very clean, plenty of amenities, close to several places to eat, a Starbucks next door and an IMAX theater in its back yard. That’s not the best thing. The staff killed it! Above and beyond customer service! Excellent breakfast with a good variety of foods and stellar table service. The only thing I would suggest is a few more family friendly channels in the room. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Location is right by the mall and multiple restaurants

It was very good until we received no housekeeping services. We were there 3 days with no toilet paper, trash over flowing and no towels, wash clothes. We have never had that happen with Tru by Hilton.

The room was pristine and clean. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The good area was clean and well stocked.

Amenities were outstanding, morning breakfast was delicious, overhaul of update looked really good minus some small details in room but nothing that would impact your stay.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly. My only downside was my sheets smelled like a dog had slept in them. They were very accommodating tho: but I really want to shout out this one house keeper who went above and beyond to help me when she wasn’t assigned to our room. She was very happy to help and I greatly appreciated all of her help. I wish I’d of gotten her name.

My only complaint was that we arrived at the property at 6pm. No one at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes, standing at desk, still no one. I thought I would would call and maybe someone would come to answer the phone. Nope. Another 5 minutes, and a guy walked up on his cell phone from outside. I thought to myself, "Oh, maybe its a guest on the phone with an issue or maybe his supervisor..." Nope. He was on the phone with hus significant other. I was already irritated so I just handed him my ID and credit card and he finally hung up to hand me the key card and tell me whem breakfast was. Other than that, very clean, quiet, and the girl that checked me out the next morning was fantastic. Very pleasant and professional.

Our stay was awesome!! Rooms were clean, staff amazing and welcoming. The area was convenient with shopping areas & food. Came for cheer competition.. will definitely be booking for the next competition. 10/10!!!!
