No milk to go with the tea and coffee provided. Found it a bit cold. Would have liked the ability to control the heating .

This was the coziest and most comfortable spot to spend a couple of nights in. I was intrigued by the creative use of space, with every corner offering comfort and an appealing sight for the eyes. Just absolutely lovely. Also very convenient to get to and having that off-road parking is always an additional gift and ease of mind. whoever decorated that accommodation, has certainly got flair.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Such a cosy and comfortable place to stay! The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need. No criticisms at all and would definitely stay again :)

Perfect little spot to stay near the beach in Goring, very cosy and welcoming little place. Has literally everything you could possibly need (washing machine, oven, microwave etc)...hosts communicated brilliantly and was a very easy check in and check out experience. Very good value for money in our opinion and will definitely be back!

For anyone looking to use a base to visit the south coast, this is a great location to be in. Close enough to Hove/Brighton / South Downs, and Arundel/Chichester etc. Nice, quiet suburban location. Close to local amenities (a Co-op down the road, lots of take-aways, a couple of pubs etc), and close enough to the sea-front to be there in 5 minutes in Goring or 10 minute drive into Worthing. Inside has everything you need for a very comfy stay. Nice comfortable bed and sofa, little breakfast table - The owners are next door should you need them, but they are discreet and only came out to greet us on arrival and at the end to ask if everything had been OK. The excellent Highdown Gardens/ South Downs park are just up the road, 5 minutes away by car and free to visit - well worth it. Locals in the local pub were all nice and friendly too, which is always a bonus. If we revisit this area, we will definitely stay again.

Only two minor points which could have been better. Wi-fi signal was sketchy, which meant the signal went down several times whilst trying to watch TV one evening, which was a little annoying. Secondly, the sink in the bathroom is a tiny corner sink, which you can only just wash your hands in. Difficult to brush teeth (without hitting your head on the small shelf) and impossible for my partner to have a shave without getting water all over the floor. Otherwise, nothing to report. One suggestion - the owners put a folder together with some information in it. It had a few pub names/numbers etc, but we couldn't find any details about local attractions/take-aways etc. It was only on the last evening before we left that we found these in a drawer opposite the bed. Perhaps these could go in the folder, rather than the manuals for the TV/Cooker/Fridge/Hoover etc which could go in the drawer (as most people won't need to refer to these anyway)
