great view and that’s about it. But it’s a scam. Do not book this hotel!!

Real name of this place “secret place”. This is not the name of the hotel and the true ratings are very low. We booked a hotel with name “beautiful sea view” with 9 ratings. And then we received a message from a hotel named “secret place” with 6 rating. I booked for 7 nights so once I received the message I did some research and visited the place. We tried to move our selves in a cleaner room for a lower cost but the owner of the hotel was very uncooperative and obnoxious. There was no way I would stay for 7 nights in a place that’s falling apart. Dirty, doors don’t lock, safes don’t lock, smelled like paint, windows had holes, insects all around. And the vibe was too creepy. We never stayed here. The owner has posted the same property twice in the same location with varying ratings to mislead people into booking it. Worst part is when we brought this info to booking.com they didn’t do much either. Even the drone photo of this hotel includes bungalows from the neighboring property. There’s a reason why the exterior of the bungalow was never added. I would suggest be cautious to book any place in the neighborhood.

Very upsetting experience . There is no place called Beautiful sea view hotel , its secret place , that has very poor reviews and now we understand why . Check out was late due to mixed up , we been put in a bungalow that we did not book . Wanted to speak with someone on first night , no one appeared . On second day we’ve managed to get hold of of an owner ( on the phone ) who advised staff to take us to diffrent bungalow that was not what we book.

Very dirty , place falling apart, no help from staff , no basic health and safety ( will point out only few things from both bungalows and place ) Massive ants and cockroaches getting inside by cracks and holes in bathroom and bedrooms . Wholes in hammock and cushions outside . Rusty fan and office chair at the terrace . Strong unpleasant smell from fridge Plugs taped with burn marks around it . Lack of help from staff Path to the place is made of wooden slats that are falling apart . And many more . Such a waste of £80 per night !!!
