Beautiful rooms, very cosy and comfortable. Friendly staff, very helpful & efficient. Great all-around atmosphere. It was a perfect weekend.

Lovely clean room with small woodland area to walk the dog. Breakfast fantastic....Best we've had in ages!

It seems to be newly refurbished to a high standard so very attractive and comfortable. The food was excellent.

The music playing until late it seemed, but we retired early so it may have stopped by eleven pm. However it was a Saturday night so not a problem.

Bedroom (inside pub) very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pub has been extensively renovated since we last visited and looks good inside and out.

Shame it doesn’t offer breakfasts as there is not much alternative choice in the area. Service slow at evening meal. Food was poor for the price. Probably wouldn’t eat there again. Tea/ coffee in the room was not replenished for our second night which was especially annoying since no breakfast is available.

Very basic accommodation but all the facilities worked. First day evening meal in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Place was a bit remote so unable to walk to a shop for provisions but all in all ok.

A facility to be able to order provisions prior to arrival based on the remoteness of location. A bit over priced compared to other locations but the only place with that particular Saturday free. Beggars can't be choosers so they say!

Well appointed rooms with comfortable bed and a quiet location. We were staying for a wedding at Easton Grange so ideally located. Very friendly staff and the pub and it's food was superb.

Nothing we didn't like. However this is a working pub so in the morning the cleaning is done which is below the bedrooms. It's unavoidable and not unduly loud. We had no issue at all but probably some will complain.

Comfortable bed (on the firm side, but perfect for me!) in a good-sized bedroom. Nice quiet village location. Plenty of car parking. Friendly and helpful staff. High quality toiletries and a great shower.

Although there are very good breakfast facilities a few miles away in Framlingham, I would expect to find at least some breakfast options on the premises when paying £190 a night for a room. The rooms were newly-opened though I think, so maybe morning catering is planned for the future. When we checked in, about 4pm, the pub itself was very full with a wedding party so our room was noisy as there is little soundproofing. However, this wasn't really an issue as we went out for the evening and all was very quiet once the pub itself closed at 11pm.
