That it was close to Victor Harbour

The main bed had a mattress at least 30 years old with a massive stain and was completely not fit for sleeping. Slept on the couch for 3 days before we vacated 6 days early having to pay more money out just to stay at a place that was comfortable. The single beds in one of the rooms had wafer thin foam mattresses so the kids were sleeping on bed slats. All of the dishes had to be washed before using as there was grease built up on the plates and rust stains on the cutlery. The “beach” is just seaweed and rocks.. totally overrated and not a beach you can lay on or swim in. We weren’t expecting new but when advised as comfortable that was the least we expected and didn’t even get that. Ray White were terrible to deal with and told us it was our fault and put it all back on the owner. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your holiday and relax- we travelled 8 hours to get there and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Not one cent has been spent on this place in 50 years- not good enough, clearly just there to take peoples hard earned money. We hope they use the money they refused to refund us on at least buying new bedding and kitchen appliances and utensils.
