We came down to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We all had a great time!

Property was nice, and the communication was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a fantastic house with lots of room to spread out. It was very clean and had an amazing kitchen with everything you could need. The only issue we had was the hot tub and pool heating. We paid for the pool to be heated but the hot and pool cannot be heated at the same time. In addition, each time we wanted either heated, we had to text the property manager. The controls were not available to us which was kind of annoying. So if I were to do it again, I would not pay to heat the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to stay in the same location should we return to Folly Beach.

We came here for a bachelorette party (9 of us) and absolutely LOVED this place. It is also equipped for families as well and will definitely be coming back with the kiddos! The house and views is beautiful and it is just a VERY short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub are amazing and everything was very clean! Would recommend to anyone!

Property was in a great location to beach and town and my family really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing the property could use is a net skimmer for the pool for renter use as many leaves built up in the pool and one was supposed to be dropped off

This house was fantastic. We had a great weekend and will definitely stay there again.

This property is top notch but the grill is an embarrassment and unusable which was the only disappointing part about our stay.

This was a good house for a family getaway to the beach. Our first time at Folly Beach. Our kids spent most of their time in the pool and hot tub! I gave it 4 stars because the house was a little dirty, the grill was really filthy and the brush was burnt up and useless for cleaning it, and they could have had a few beach towels for guests.

Our overall experience was good but had a few hiccups that were disappointing. Called the office a few hours before we were due to arrive & she instructed us that we needed to stop by the office first to pick up our package but when we arrived she told us it wasn’t necessary. Ugh We also called 2 days in advance to make sure the heat was on in the pool. Unfortunately the pool guy didn’t show up until the day after we arrived which also meant we didn’t have heat in the pool WHICH WE PAID FOR. Very disappointing when you have little ones who were dying to go swimming. We also had problems with the front door code not working & we had to climb over a fence to get in. That didn’t get corrected til the following day. Front door handle still sticks. Once all that got corrected we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. The convenience to the beach made our stay.

Overall we were somewhat disappointed in the overall property. The kitchen sink leaked and clearly the management company knew about it as they had a container under the pipes to catch the water. The microwave did not work and again how did they not know that? The property manager did bring us a microwave the very next morning and that was appreciated. The house was not cleaned the day of our arrival, yet we were not allowed in till after 4 due to "additional cleaning." Overall we enjoyed the pool and the location and because of those two items, I would recommend the property but hopefully the owner will read this and get the repairs done to the house that need to be completed.

This house was great! Lots of different spaces to spend time with your family at the beach and all are very comfortable. We had a few hiccups during our stay and the management company was reasonably responsive. Two blocks from the beach so easy access. Pool and hot tub were amazing, the whole family enjoyed them. Also great views from the upper floors.

House size for multiple family vacation 5 stars. Having a pool and hot tub another plus, however had to message house manager every time we needed spa heated due to panel being out. Also note the spa heats the pool so you can have one or the other not both at the same time. Noise from floor to floor can be heard. Furniture extremely worn. Upstairs sofa has plywood underneath sofa cushions. All beds through out are hard and comforter and sheets are very cheap. Maybe bring your own. Bathrooms outdated as well. Paint chipped through out house hasn’t been updated in quite sometime. For the price would consider another house next trip. As we go every year! Hope this helps in booking your vacation!

There was everything you need. Even board games for the family to play. The pool was so nice and the beach is just a short walk. The house is so spacious. We loved it

We arrived on a Saturday night, and the pool and hot tub lights were on when we entered the property, which was very inviting. The house was clean, well organized and cozy. We loved all the board games, pillows and blankets and cozy couches. Upstairs was great for the teens because they could do their gaming while we made dinner or relaxed after being in the ocean and pool. The ocean is a quick, one block walk to tenth street and we felt safe, even coming back when it was dark. The outside showers (2) and hose is perfect to get all the sand off before entering the pool or house. The kitchen is well stocked with all pots and pans and utensils. There’s plenty of seating too. If the coffee pot could be updated or newer, that would be good, but really not a big deal. The washer and dryer were great and the dryer was super efficient at getting the beach towels dry quickly. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice having ceiling fans to keep us cool. We actually have the same ceiling fans in our house, which are high quality and so quiet. The pool and hot tub were the best! We are so happy that we decided on High Tide because the teens loved the pool! It was nice to come back from the beach and relax in the pool and cool off. It really was the selling point for us! There’s even a swim up bar for the adults. The chaise lounge chairs were fabulous and perfect for the afternoon nap. I made a mistake and did not pick up the parking pass for our vehicle, but the management company brought those to us, so we wouldn’t get a ticket. With the COVID pandemic, parking is closely monitored and the city will not hesitate to issue tickets, even at a private residence-so make sure you pick up your parking pass! The owners were fantastic with communication and making sure we were happy, and wanted to know if we needed anything...which we didn’t! The house has everything and you won’t be disappointed in High Tide! Thank you for a wondering family vacation!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party in May. The house was great and as pictured- the pool and outdoor area was great, and you can see the ocean from the second and third floors! Also the management team was great- super responsive and easy to communicate with. Minus one star as the Saturday of our rental, without any notice from the management team people came into the house when we were hanging by the pool to clean and refill the pool. It would have been nice to have some warning as we were all hanging out in bikinis when strangers with no masks on entered the property.

You will not be disappointed in High Tide! The pool and hot tub are amazing. The kids ran them sell tired everyday outside and the bed swing was great for our afternoon naps. 3rd floor kids area was great for all and allowed the adults there own space. Each bedroom has there own tv and bathroom so you had your own space when you needed it. The views were great and it was a short walk to the beach each day which was not as busy as we expected which was great. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home for a family vacation or getaway with several friends or couples. Close to all that Charleston offers, or just stay on Folly and enjoy the local flavor. Well appointed and great location.

What a great place to travel with family or friends. It is a quick walk to the beach and just enough removed from the main stretch of Folly Beach to be able to sneak away from the business, but close enough to get out there and enjoy the restaurants and nightlife! We were there over Superbowl Sunday and had no shortage of kitchen amenities to keep our crew happy and full! I would definitely recommend this home!

The downstairs pool area makes the house. Proximity to beach is also a plus.

Great home! Very clean. Super location just a block from the beach. 1 mile from shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to Charleston. Pool & hot tub were wonderful! Plenty of room for the 7 of us! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the proximity to the beech during the day. It had all of the amenities needed for a nice stay.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We have 7 adults and 3 children (5 and under). There was plenty of room for uncrowded gathering and space for quite time away from the chaos. With 4 1/2 baths, there was no line for showers and parking for 4 cars was great. The VERY best part was the proximity to the beach AND the pool. The pool was the perfect spot for burning off all that excess kid energy in the evenings. We will definitely be going back!

The house has plenty of room for gathering. Kitchen is perfect for several cooks. Bedrooms are comfortable and it’s great having a on suite with each. Bunk beds were a big hit. The views are fabulous from every floor and both sides. The beach and the marshes. The pool is spectacular. And the family area for eating and grilling is great. The house was clean and had lots of stuff for fun and eating. The outside showers could use some work. Still usable. One leaks but no shower might be a good spot for an outside bathroom. The other works just needs some adjusting. For the grill you need a lighter starter does not work. I would recommend this home and if we decide to come back to Folly Beach we would definitely rent this house.

Nasty mildew mold smell throughout upper floor …unusable Had 4 bunks and play area that we planned on having kids sleep and play up there . After responding to text stating aware of issue and promising to respond Property manager did nothing to address it Rickety balcony with creaky railings that move when stressed, huge hazard especially for kids , again property manager did nothing Hugely disappointing

Need to be more specific about floor plan and stairs since you aren’t allowed to use elevator. Other than that the house was great.

The house was so close to the beach and shops on Folly. The pool area is STUNNING and all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It was perfect for us.

We were disappointed with the hot tub, pool, and the temp. Controls in the home. It has been difficult communicating with property management.
