Super clean, spacious 2 bedroomed new build single story unit, well equipped and warm. Nice furnishings and beautiful big kitchen. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer. The shower room was super and had a lovely big shower base. Area was quiet enough and good location for what we wanted to see and do in Invercargill. Parking was good. Easy to find.

Lovely big wardrobes but only 2 clothes hangers in each, no shelves or drawers to unpack any clothes, so we had to just work out of our small cases on the case holder. Mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable. No ambient lighting in the living area, please consider adding a lamp. No door mat to wipe feet when coming in from the rain and no hooks to hang up wet rain coat in washable floor area. The unheated towel rail in the shower room really wasn't enough and yet there is loads of room to add more towel hooks on the wall or behind the door.
