La casa es muy cómoda y agradable , es grande y tiene un jardín precioso, la casa está a 1h de Londres y se puede llegar en tren o en coche

Nos robaron en Londres el bolso con una de las copias de las llaves de la casa, había 2 más, avisé conforme nos faltaba una de las llaves y nos cobraron por las llaves, que entiendo que te cobren la copia, pero en un principio fueron 68 libras, que cogieron de la fianza, un precio excesivo, después de reclamarlo y pedir una factura para poderlo enviar al seguro por el tema de robo, lo dejaron en solo 25 libras y devolvieron la diferencia, me sigue pareciendo alto para una copia de llaves pero es más razonable. No le pongo más nota por ese motivo solamente

Family of 5. We enjoyed our stay at the home away from home. The house presented as pictured including little touches of shampoo/conditioner, tea/coffee/sugar. Very comfortable beds. Nice big TV with Neflix account - kids enjoyed that. A few board games in press were also enjoyed. Didn't use the TV/DVD player in the bedroom or the range of DVDs but was a nice option. Fab shower. Heating worked when required. Lovely quiet cul de sac. Room for 1 car - not sure about 2 cars. Felt at home in the house, and would highly recommend.

Doors to main bathroom and 2nd bedroom stuck. It didn't affect our stay - but would be better if they didn't stick. Bathroom door was especially hard to open, close or lock. If family of 7 were to stay - two more kitchen chairs would be required. Couch is big but a separate armchair would extend the seating options.

Everything about the property was well suited for my family. There was two adults and 3 kids, the kids absolutely loved the space and their room. Really nice back garden just a shame about the the rain or it would of been made the most of. It was well equipped with everything you needed, when it got cold the heating was spot on literally took minutes to heat up. It was clean and tidy. We would definitely come back 😄

The bathroom door with the shower in got stuck every time you closed it and my daughter panicked and someone had to help the opposite side to open it so it was kept open for the kids, and the main bedroom door was the same very stiff to shut and open. The condensation in the bathroom also was bad, if smelt a little damp as there was no fan but other than that it was ok

Quiet location. Good showers. Local small M&S very handy. Property very clean.

Duvet/duvet covers in smaller rooms seemed poor quality. They were very noisy every time you moved!
