BE CAREFUL!!! NO HEATING!!! THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL!!! They turned off the heating in winter, and we have to go to court to recover our money. When we arrived, the room was completely frozen and impossible to stay in. There was an emergency phone number which we called multiple times and left voice messages, but they did not answer. We tried to send messages and got totally ignored. Then we tried to turn on the heating using the thermostat, but it had a PIN code on it and was locked. So, we had to leave the house and find another last-minute rental, which cost us more than double the price. After that, the owner reached out the next morning, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation. I don't know if the other reviewers are fake, but be careful not to waste your money.

It was clean and there was clear communication as to what was expected. Everyone was respectful of common areas and noise levels. The bed was supremely comfortable
