Tesis yeni, odalar modern döşenmiş, temiz ve konforlu, personel sıcak ve güler yüzlü ( Evita'ya sevgiler 😊), otopark sorunu yok, sahile 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, sahildeki tavernalar da güzel ve kaliteli, biz çok sevdik, yazın da gelmeyi isteriz.

Sadece merkeze uzak, ama özelikle gece kendi sahilinde tavernalarin olmasi ve yürüyerek gidip, dönebilmek bu uzaklığı önemsiz kılıyor.

It is 6 minutes by car from the center of Kavala, it is new and clean and nice in its design! They offered us kourabies sweets and wine for our arrival. Everyone was very polite and smiling!

Odalar minimalist düzenlenmiş, tertemizdi. İkram olarak sunulan kahve ve şarap için çok memnun kaldık. Odada kettle, elektrikli ocak ve kahve makinası mevcuttu.

Duş sonrası odamız da dahil bir anda su oldu, banyo suyunun odaya girmesi çok hoş olmadı. :(

Clean & big room, good conditions in kitchen equipments, good conditions in all equipments as all are new... Complimentary wine and drinks are made us happy.

Additional tea and coffee supply in second day not happened...

Es un hotel completamente nuevo, todo muy moderno y cómodo. La piscina es espectacular y el personal encantador y amable, nos ayudaron mucho con sus recomendaciones.

Queda a unos 15 minutos del centro caminando, pero en coche se va fácilmente y se aparca perfectamente al lado del hotel.

Quiet and clean. Lovely staff and great location. We easily walked to the castle from the hotel and it’s location next to the old port was great for dinner.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν παραπάνω από ευρύχωρο,με πλούσιο εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Το στρώμα άνετο ,η καθαριότητα εξαιρετική. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μπσχομυριζαν φρεσκάδα. Ωραία κ.μοντερνα εσωτερική πισίνα θερμαινόμενη.Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ ακριβώς από εξω.Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει γραφικό λιμανάκι με ταβέρνες. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη. Τέλος,αξίζει να αναφερθώ στη θερμή υποδοχή από το προσωπικό Μας κατατοπισαν για τα πάντα, και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν.

The hotel is brand new and so are all the furnishings. The room was cosy, modern and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with spotless clean sheets. The bathroom was also very clean. Complimentary coffee capsules and wine were quite welcome. There were plenty of parking spaces, but our time of visit was not the high season (October). A few minutes walking distance to a couple of nice taverns by the sea.

The room could have been a bit larger with more space for the luggage.

Temizlik ve odalar ferahtı çok memnun kaldık çok güzel karşılandık resepsiyon daki beyefendi çok güler yüzlüydü çok yardımcı oldu tekrar aynı otelde kalmak isterim lakin şehir merkezine epey yürüme mesafesi var 15 -20 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor.

Resepsiyon da 7/24 görevli olmasını ve kahvaltı olmasını isterdim . Beğendiğim kısım mesaja geç saatte olsa cevap veriliyor.

The hotel is new and clean, the service is great, we had a complimentary wine and snacks :). The room was cleaned daily and the staff were very nice and helpful! The hotel is close to great restaurants and also to the city center.

The whole bathroom got very wet every time we took a shower, maybe there needs to be a second glass door, so the water doesn't go everywhere.

The hotel is lovely , fresh and modern.We recommend it 😁👌🇬🇷🇧🇬

The hotel looks new and very clean. Everything is made with the guest's comfort in mind. There was wine as compliment. I would not think twice where to sleep if happens to visit Kavala again.

Beautiful new building, nice modern decoration and furniture. Indoor pool space very nicely decorated and clean -although small. Very helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary snacks coffee and wine offered. Clean rooms. 5min walking distance from a nice small port-dock with excellent fish restaurants.

Does not offer breakfast. No sea view from any of the rooms. No dedicated parking space -although usually easy to find on the nearby streets. Reception desk not open all 24 hours.

Everything was perfect at UrbanBay Hotel. The hotel room is so big and clean and everything is new. We had free snacks from the hotel, free shampoo, hair balm, body lotion. The chicinete had everything you need if you want to cook something. Thank you, Urban Bay for a great experience🐚

Brand new hotel. Huge parking space. Super clean, the man at reception is lovely - always happy to help, friendly and suggests the best places in town. The rooms are situated towards the back of the hotel so there is no noise from the road. The room was spacious with an amazing lay out and the bed and pillows were very, very comfortable.

The water in the pool was very cold so we didn’t get to use the facility.

New hotel, everything was nice and comfy. Staff were really kind and helpful. Their recommendations for restaurant near by or what to visit for our short stay were on spot.
