Dolphins were the added bonus to our stay as they appeared every morning and throughout the day. We walked to the beach in just minutes and enjoyed the sunsets with the family. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options to keep you busy for days upon days. Love the spacious rooms and kitchen as well. We would highly recommend this castaway waterfront home to any couple or family looking to escape the daily grind. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did here. Regards

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here in Feb 2024 with our 4 adult children and my mother. The house was super clean, check-in was easy and the attendant assigned to us (Julian) was very responsive to our every need. In hindsight, the house was not super ideal for our needs with 4 adult children sharing one room; however, I would recommend for a younger family because the bunk room would be perfect for them. Having a washer and dryer on site was very handy. The large kitchen made it easy to cook and prepare meals and the cupboards were well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. The furniture and bedding were all quite new and tasteful, the beds were very comfortable. The closets are spacious offering plenty of shelves and hanging spaces. There were plenty of bath and beach towels available.A couple of things we noticed could be improved are:- more mugs in the kitchen- variety of bed pillows, there was only one type and they were too plump causing sore necks in the morning - hangers for the closetsThese are all first world problems because overall we were very pleased with our stay and I'll be giving the review a 5 star rating.

The house is spacious but cozy, charming yet modern, and has plenty of both private and common space to enjoy. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we hosted several other family members for a get together. The outdoor living space is a big bonus, with a heated pool and a beautiful view. This house is also very close to Gulf Blvd, where all the tourist fun happens. Beachtime Rentals is wonderful to deal with, and we plan to use them when we return next year.
