We rented this place for a Labor Day weekend and were very disappointed with this rental. The place didn't look like anything on the photos, especially the backyard. The awning was completly broken and hanging over the outdoor table, the lounging chairs were falling apart, the grill was dirty with some food on it and the hot tub broken and not working with a red tape going across the "spa" area. Not inviting at all. We didn't hang out outside because it was so uninviting. The kitchen was filthy: hair in the freezer, food in the oven and dishwasher, bowl with something molding in it underneath the sink, dirty cups and utensils. No dishwasher detergent and 3 dirty sponges given to use; no new ones. The trash bins oustide were full. The house has an old dark dirty & smelly carpet with spots all over, covered by some new rugs to make it look "nice". The management sends you automatic messages and there is no "human" touch to it unless you call the agency. Tho they are not very helpful as this property is managed remotely. Overall this place is not worth more than $300 a night and need some maintenance and improvements before it's rented again. The only good thing about it is the proximity to fast water and a dock which matters if you have a boat. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.
