Amazing place with a ton of quaint touches that make you feel welcome. The bed was AMAZING, the location was great, the host responsive, and breakfast was super yummy. I sort of want to return to Little Rock just so that I could stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The cottage was well appointed and our included breakfast was very good! Plenty of room and everything we needed was there to make our stay feel like home. The back/side yard was a quaint and relaxing place to hang out. Well definitely stay there when we're in the Little Rock area again. Highly recommend!

We travel a lot, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the history of the home, and see the immaculate condition in which it's kept. The neighborhood looks like something out of a Rockwell painting. Everything is clean and comfortable. Ms. Stacie is the perfect host. She is friendly, responds quickly, and you can tell her heart is in caring for her properties. We enjoyed walking through the historic cemetery down the road and eating downtown, but the best part was just sitting in the backyard enjoying a cold beer. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Little Rock now!!

My daughter and I stayed in Winslow Cottage this past week for a concert. This cottage exceeded every expectation I had before checking in! The property is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! My stay at the Urban Cottages in Little Rock was absolutely delightful! I loved the architecture and the quiet neighborhood just off a very busy downtown area. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was clean and excellent for shower and vanity. The bed was Very Comfy. Slept like a baby!! Late afternoon weather was beautiful so I sat outside on the patio furniture and read a book with a glass of Rose. I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again!! Highly recommend this property!! The only reason I don’t give all 5’s is simply because this is an older property and I would think it nearly impossible to have that very highest level of clean.

Comfy, lovely, perfect stay.

Easy to find, easy to park and easy to check in with door code. The cottage was lovely, bed was very comfortable and breakfast pastries were delicious. We were close to downtown restaurants - had a great dinner at Allsop and Chapple - and also to Little Rock Central High School and Museum. I would definitely recommend Urban Cottages of Little Rock.

The cottage was lovely and very comfortable. We were there to celebrate our 32 Anniversary and to attend a concert at The Hall. Had everything we needed and enjoyed an evening away from the hustle of our daily lives. Thank you for making it all so easy.

Expedia did not forward the proprietor’s check in instructions, but she was available immediately with a phone call. Very responsive and helpful with check in and restaurant suggestions. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most wonderful stay in Barkley Cottage. This is truly home away from home. All of the details in this cottage exceeded our expectations- especially the gas fireplace in the living room! The beds are so comfortable with premium linens. We ordered breakfast, and it was in the refrigerator when we arrived. Although we did not have much time to explore the surrounding area, there were so many restaurants close by that we are looking forward to exploring on our next trip. We used Doordash to have an amazing meal brought in from a local restaurant. We could not stop talking about how this was the most charming place we have stayed! If you have ever seen the movie The Holiday, this reminded us of the beautiful English cottage with all the lovely details in the home and in the private garden area.

Clean and quiet. Great place tonstay before procedure at local hospitals so that you are well rested. Will definitely stay again if needed.

The property is great. The space is comfortable and everything needed is on site. The only questions is: the description of the Winslow cottage says it sleeps three. With only 1 king bed, and a small love seat, where does the 3rd person sleep?

We had the best time.

This place is great! It has its own back yard with nice hanging lights, a perfect space for enjoying the evening. The neighborhood is quiet. There’s a great place to eat called Root Cafe about a half mile away, easy to walk there. It’s very close to the capital area and many other cool spots. Stacie is an excellent host, great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, I was a little worried about the location but we needed to be close to the fairgrounds due to my daughter competing in the State Fair pageant. However, I was very surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was so nice, very clean, plenty of room. The breakfast provided was delicious (yogurt parfait and bagels). The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and gave a direct number for easier communication. My only concern was the parking situation. We had 2 cars and since it’s street parking, it was a little cramped due to other houses on the street having multiple vehicles parked also. If I need a place to stay in the future, I’ll definitely be staying there!

Convient to downtown, Clean and very comfortable furnishings. Love that they allow our dog--close area to walk her and let her exercise. Such a refreshing change from a hotel.
