Not enough lighting.

WiFi connection was great! Location was serene and quiet.

No hot water in downstairs shower unit, making this shower unusable. AC unit not installed upon arrival. Dirty surfaces and fridge. Upstairs shower curtain liners had to be replaced before use. Clogged upstairs bath drain. Leaking kitchen sink plumbing, dishwasher unusable. Balcony unusable - mold and moss covered. No instruction book for location of pool, washer/dryer, gym. Dust, dirt under each bed and left over items, including empty bottle of wine. The pool and gym are actually not included in the rental fee. They are a good distance away from the property (not walkable) and require an extra fee to use. The washer/dryer is not in the unit, and I never found it. No window shade in upstairs room. The upstairs toilet was not clean upon arrival.

Prime location for what we wanted to do.

The bathroom showers need a little attention.
