Excellent customer service. Our reserved cabin had unfortunately been left with dog-stink from the folks before us, mixed with a plethora of cleaning solution scent by the cleaners trying to get the dog stink out. I was informed about this potential issue when checking in and given the option to be relocated to a different unit. In the end, we took them up on that offer due to dog-allergies and we were moved to a larger unit at no extra charge. The host/manager was prompt and accommodating, did some serious juggling to get everything sorted out. The cabin was very comfortable and we appreciated the inclusion of a washer & dryer and functional kitchen so we could save funds not eating out every meal, a family of 6, for 3 days. Highly recommend these cabins!

I was emailed a pin number, which I assumed was the door code, but didn't work. The welcome email that explained the door code arrived AFTER our stay. It worked out though. There were easy instructions to contact the manager through the door cam, and that led to a series of other events that kept our stay pleasant.

Everything .. the cabin was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities ... the beds very comfortable. As we were traveling we were very grateful for the laundry facilities available in the cabin as well.
