Pleasant room. Warm and easy to control temperature. Good location for town centre. Dolphin bakery for breakfast.

Plug in basin not working. Toilet seat not fixed properly. Door closure needs adjusting.

Room was lovely but the hot water didn't work

There was no hot water or facility to report a problem. I received 9 emails about my booking! I booked for someone else and they weren't emailed the info about key codes and had to call me for further details

When I called Patrick he was very responsive.

When we arrived inside the building there was an unpleasant and musky smell in the communal area. The room had not been cleaned properly and there were dust clouds attached to the suitcase after moving it. There was an empty crisp bag behind the bedside table and a hairpin next to the dressing table and the shower and glass shelf over the sink were dirty. Tea bags were not individually wrapped and when I took one out it looked like some water went on it and left a stain which also left a stain on the sugar sachet. Toilet seat was loose and too small for the toilet and there was no mirror in the room to use while drying hair. There was no hair dryer in the room and after asking for it a small weak hairdryer was left in the kitchen probably for everybody in the building to share. The wardrobe which was metal had doors that stuck and were very loud when opening and closing. There was hardly any space between the bed and the wardrobe or armchair that we had to squeeze through and even ended up with some bruises.

Convenient location and well appointed, clean rooms. Ideal for our group.

Some noise from other occupants when leaving early in the morning, but that can’t be controlled! Some of the bathroom fittings were missing or broken (room 1) which was a minor issue.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff I met were pleasant and interested in my comfort and facilities. Nearby Aldi was useful.

The immediate surroundings were not very inviting.

Clean, easy to find & good value for money

No personal human contact, but that is me just preferring a welcome etc.

Good location, clean and tidy, clear communication from host, comfortable.

Signage needed to to direct guests to the rooms not just having to open a fire door to locate rooms on 2nd floor for eg.

Ideal location for Burnley Football Club and Town Centre

It was adequate to stay in

Front door was a nightmare to get in. On second day the door lock code didn't work at all. We left early.

I appreciated the well-designed room that offered moments of respite. These areas allowed me to unwind in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. In summary, my experience at Innovation House on August 27th was characterized by a quiet atmosphere, efficient layout, and a thoughtful arrangement that enabled a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning to Innovation House for future events and enjoying the tranquil peacefulness once again.

Not much to say about this, other than being able to hear other residents whilst you’re in your rooms which is common for similar types of accommodation.
