My employee was given the wrong key at check in; he walked into the room and found a man and woman in bed together. Then he was given a 2nd key, and that room had a bed that had been slept in and not made or clean. My employees were told not to flush toilet paper down the toilet as there is a sewer issue. They were told to put soiled toilet paper in the garbage can.... unacceptable and disgusting

The bed was comfortable.

This is a janky hotel that someone bought and never remodeled. There were sparkling spots on the walls, different colors of paint on the walls like someone started to repaint and then stopped. The bathroom wall by the shower had water damage on the wall and someone just spray painted over it. It was bulging and tearing where someone tried to repair it. All sorts of holes in the walls from previous Decor. Bathroom lighting on the ceiling. The smoke detector was barely hanging on with a flimsy piece of black tape holding it to the ceiling. Janky. Not worth the money. They upped the price for weekend to $230/night. It’s not worth $60/night.

When we first arrived there was a bad smell in the room.(like old or dusty)

I like the fact that I made a decision not to stay there. They refused to refund me my money back, There was black mole in the room.

I did not like the fact the manager refused to work with us. We asked a simple note stating the fact we were not staying there he refused to do that. We asked to talk to a manager, he refused to give us contact, he charged our room for pets, even though we did not stay there. I will never use booking.com again.
