- The rooms were clean and neat. - The staff were were courteous and friendly. - We were provided with towels, soaps and water bottle in the room. - The rooms and bathrooms both were spacious enough in the triple room.

- The triple room we were given was on the first floor and this property doesn't have a lift and as I was travelling with elders, it did become difficult for them to climb up and down the stairs each time. - The water heaters in the bathroom were instant water heaters and it did take time to fill up the buckets. - I parked my car right in front of the property and i was a bit scared if anybody might hit my car as it was almost protruding on the road.

Les chambres sont très sales, nous avons trouvé une capote usagée dans la douche en arrivant, je pense que les draps ne sont pas lavés tout les jours, il y avaient encore des cheveux et des taches de ceux d’avant. Après notre remarque ils nous changent de chambre, mais surprise les draps sont dans le même état nous demandons donc un remboursement car le paiement a été fait à l’arrivée. Mais le patron refuse nous avons donc dormi dans nos sac à viande.

Location , newly renovated

Very small rooms . We asked for a triple room and got an extra rollaway mattress . The room so tiny that you cannot move if the mattress is placed on the floor. So this cannot be sold as a room for 3 persons. In the Wc the placement of the hooks and towel rack is wrong , all your clothes and towel will be drenched. Again the space is bare minimum.

qm² of room and bath room its below 10m²! Poor Managment of the owner, no trinking glasses provided, 2 person share one towel!

The managment was still upset, once I pointed out that short comings. Das Preisleistungverhältnis ist hier einfach nicht proportinal!

Price of the room.

Everything other than the price of the room. When we arrived, there were few youngsters who were drunk and creating too much of the noise on the terrace of the property. Being with family, I don't appreciate drunkards around. I immediately informed the staff who did warn them but there was no respite. We heard loud noises till around 2 AM. Not preferable if with family. Furthermore, parking is out in open on public road which might prove risky although nothing happened to my car.

Excellent hosting by Joshua and his team. Very helpful and incredibly well managed property. Staff members are courteous and helpful. Genuinely humble behaviour by every individual from the property. A big shout out and Kudos to Joshua and team for making our stay the best during our visit to Tamilnadu..

Wifi was good and Fast. staff was friendly. Cleanliness was good. Didnt faced any power outage in the Hotel for Just one night.

Room Price-3840/- per Night OVER PRICED Small room with newly renovated paint smell was coming throught the whole stay and bathroom was filled with Pipes LOL. Too many pipes for a person to shower and the A/C drain Pipe was literally on top of the Wash Basin which was dripping. which is very uncomfortable and Too small bathroom.

The hospitality was top notch. The staff was really sweet and generous. They suggested good places to eat nearby. The owner is really a gem of a person. He helped us reach a restaurant which was 1.5 km away in his own personal vehicle. The gesture was too nice.

I’m a YouTuber and I love to type detailed reviews of the place I visit. Things I loved 1. the location ( plenty of restaurants near by) Bus stop is just around the corner 2.staffs - was shocked when I found a boy with a tumour on the front desk.(not a pretty sight for guests) When I enquired the management , they told me that that boy has got a tumour on his face since birth and is non removable. This really moved me.no one would have taken this chance to appoint that lad on such a place.that too on the front desk Other than few mosquitoes , the place was perfect for my trip. I had to stay there for a night ,to continue my travel to Kanyakumari. 3.completely safe for family travel! 4.room had all the required amenities., would love if they provided iron box.

Nothing much except a little mosquito problem (they gave me mosquito repellents immediately once I informed them.

Everything seems good as this is a new property. And one more advantage is it's situated in one of the major happening areas of madurai,literally you can Everything in a walkable distance. Very comfortable stay Thanks to David Residency 😊

We booked economy doublebedroom which as standard room without AC and heater. Adding to this I discussed the same with desk they have upgraded me with minimal charges which is so smooth its not a thing I like but if you are looking for the AC rooms careful I choosing the type of room

I stayed till evening 5.30. They didn't charge any extra money
